Description
Estuary View is situated on the Kent Coast, in Allhallows, near to Rochester, surrounded by beautiful countryside and the Kent Estuary. Inside, this single-storey property offers an open-plan living space, creating a sociable setting to spend time together. Prepare meals in the kitchen, gather at the dining area to enjoy them, and relax in the sitting area, where the gas fire adds a welcome touch on cooler evenings while you watch a film on the TV or DVD player. The property hosts three bedrooms, made up of two doubles and a twin, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for a variety of groups. A shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC provides a convenient space to freshen up after a day of exploring. Step outside onto the enclosed decking, where you can sit with a drink and enjoy the fresh air, making it a pleasant spot to begin or end your day. There are several gorgeous walks that start from the park which will take you along the famous coastline, the marshes, alongside the on-site lake and by local conservation areas. The nearby Fenn Bell Zoo is well worth a visit as it is a notable conservation project supporting rescued animals as well as the RSBP nature reserve which is home to the UK’s largest Heronry. Slough Fort is sited next to the park and there are any number of pretty villages dotted across the Hoo Peninsular with country pubs that serve great food and provide a warm welcome. If you prefer to eat on-site you will find a brand-new Wetherspoon pub: the London Stone. Additionally, you will find a Burger King, Cook’s Fish and Chips and Papa John’s pizza and you can stock up at the on-site mini mart if you prefer to eat in. There is a club house for drinks (the Marina Bar) with sports coverage snacks and entertainment, The Box bar in the grounds and the Yacht Club for waterside drinks.
There are plenty of activities. In spring 2026, the park opens its brand-new indoor pool with family slide, and there is crazy golf, playgrounds and a bark-yard for four-legged friends. There is also football, creative and outdoor ranger sessions for children of all ages. For thrill seekers, there is the NERF training camp, climbing walls, ariel adventures bungee trampolines and junior segways to name but a few. And if you are in need some down-time don’t forget the fishing lake (booking and a permit required).
Please note that you will need to apply for the park for passes to the entertainment and activities as this is not included in the holiday home booking and gives visitors flexibility on costs. Everyone has access to the restaurants and playgrounds. Sorry no smoking

What guests are saying
We had a lovely break at Estuary View, from our initial welcome from the owner, the thoughtful 'welcome pack' to the end of our break was excellent.
We got great information from the owner before we arrived. We stayed at the Holiday Park in September, which was quite quiet, some of the facilities were closed, but there was enough open to keep us entertained all week. The caravan was clean and tidy, it had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the decking area for an afternoon cup of tea. We had our dog with us and we had some lovely walks around the park and along the estuary sea front. For us the views across the Thames Estuary were fabulous. The lovely town of Rochester was a short drive away and we enjoyed a lovely afternoon wander. We would definitely return.
