Knights Cottage

We had an excellent week in Knight's Cottage on the Leeds Castle estate.

It's a quiet home from home, well equipped and comfortable. We'd wondered if we might hear the motorway as it is so close but we didn't at any time. We had a couple of issues/queries which the reception team dealt with promptly and all the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The welcome info could be more comprehensive, not mentioning the need to check in at the reception or saying how to get out through the barrier to the estate. Also, the the heating is controlled by an app held by the maintenance team with just a temperature override in the property - not a problem once we asked them to change the programme. Being on the estate was an added bonus and we took full advantage of free access to the excellent attractions and grounds. The location is convenient for travelling across Kent and we had a busy week of sightseeing. An excellent self catering cottage - highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay Knights cottage for the second year running have I already booked 2027 even before we finished this holiday.

Didn’t manage to get to look round the castle but again we have next year to try it. Everything you want is in the cottage and it is an ideal base to investigate Kent further. Seven days is never enough, but we look forward to coming back next year.

A lovely quiet location in the grounds of Leeds castle.

Spacious cottage with large garden. The only small criticism would be there was 6 of us and only room for 5 to seat in the main room, we had to get an outside chair from the garden, would be great for 4 or 5 people . Leeds Castle at night is great to see

We really enjoyed our stay at Knights cottage, didn’t realise that it was in the actual grounds of Leeds Castle, extra bonus there!

The cottage was lovely and clean, spacious and had everything you needed. Loved that the towels were bath sheets rather than standard bath towels. Couldn’t fault a thing to be honest. Will definitely be back for another visit

Excellent cottage, very comfortable and clean.

We had the wrong key code from Sykes, but this was resolved promptly by customer Reception. We also had an incorrect wifi code on our welcome letter but there was a sign in the cottage which had the right one. The garden was lovely and everyone at the castle helpful.

What a find!

A lovely quiet cottage, spacious and with lovely view over rear garden with plenty of bunnies, squirrels and robin. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the little gifts, apple juice, water, crisps and a jute leeds castle bag. Free tickets to the castle which we didnt have time to use. We will be back next year

We had a fantastic stay - the cottage was lovely, and the added perk of being able to wander the ground (for us it was pre-Christmas) was magical.

We were surprised and delighted to be upgraded to Keeper's House which ticked every box.

....a clever trick, because obviously we want to go back there again one day! Superb in every way! Thank you.
