Disappointing accommodation.
Walls are dirty and the whole place need repainting. Sofa and armchair need replacing as they are stained and dirty. Generally grubby and needs a jolly good clean throughout. Bedroom is ok - bed lovely and fresh! Just don’t go under the bed - it hadn’t been vacuumed before we arrived. We put a case under the bed and when we pulled it out it the bottom was covered in fluff and hair! Needs more storage space for clothes, as the bottom half of the double wardrobe is crammed with fold up chairs, high chair and ironing board - leaving no room to hang anything longer than a shirt. We found the location to be great as it’s right in the middle of town with less than a 5 minute walk to the the beach. However the pub across the road does seem to play loud music until very late and people make a lot of noise in the street as they leave between 12-3am. Broadstairs is a lovely place for a holiday but you will find much better accommodation locally than Corner View.
