The property

A detached former dairy, situated in the grounds of the owners' home, offering accommodation set over the ground floor, in the village of Herne, near the coastal resort of Herne Bay, sandwiched between Whitstable and Margate.

Nearby Whitstable is renowned for its beautiful freshly-caught oysters, served in the local restaurants and pubs, one set right on the beach, along with a harbour fish market.

The town has narrow back streets, interesting independent craft and gift shops, galleries, delicatessens and tea rooms.
