  • “The apartment was 15C when we arrived.”

I am used to arriving in a previously warmed apartment, so was quite surprised. There are no recycling facilities and the kitchen bin was broken. The plumbing in the en-suite bathroom needs attention. Apart from those things, we had a great week in a lovely apartment. Office staff are friendly and helpful. ...

The parking lock needs attention. On 2 occasions we were locked in the Carpark, unable to open the mechanism of the padlock to get out. On a third occasion, we were asked to help someone else who couldn’t get out.
