From the 5th October 2021, a 71-bedroom Premier Inn will start getting built adjacent to High Hill Farm Cottage.
This building work will go on for around 50 weeks.

Working hours on site will be 7.30am – 6.30pm Monday to Friday and 8am – 1.30pm on Saturdays.

Walk just a few minutes further and guests arrive at the shores of Derwentwater.
Walkers will be delighted by the great choice of walks from the town including high level walks to the mountain skylines or low level valley or lakeshore strolls.
Mountain bikers will be drawn to the mountain bike trails of the neighbouring Whinlatter Forest.
