  • "A lovely apartment ( and ours was pet friendly which is essential for us)."

The weather was terrible during our stay and having this apartment made all the difference to our week. The apartment is modern and spacious and has been finished to a high standard. We would definitely check if it was available when next we visit Keswick.

  • "Outstanding property Exceptionally clean, top quality kitchen units and appliances, lovely bathroom."

Washing area well thought out, no wet or steamy clothes in sight. Windows at the right height so my dog was happy people watching couldn’t praise this place enough

  • "Just to say we had a great stay."

It was wonderful and very welcoming. A couple of points for feedback. The outside lights didn't come on and after inspecting the fuse board it transpires they had been turned off. Not good in the dark with difficult steps to negotiate. Secondly the central heating was set for twice a day. On the assumption that guests would be out during the day fine BUT it was Xmas holidays when the shops are shut and winter weather is bad.So to supplement the heating by asking guests to use the air heater on the electric fire only produced a dry heat that gave us both raging sore throats and kept us in bed two days. Not good. Other than that it was as good as it looked in the brochure. Thanks Garry staincliffe.

Brilliant property, super location ,very clean cosy and warm, everything you need ,huge bonus is the nice and clean warm bike store where we were able to leave our dog buggy each night ,can’t wait to return ,House keeper Angela on hand if you need anything ,only 5 mins walk from the lake ,the shops the pubs ,we had a really comfortable stay , comfy bed and lashings of hot water to soak away the days walks ,can’t fault the place ,If you going to Keswick this is where to stay

  • "The apartment was excellent providing everything needed and in a central location for Keswick."

We fully enjoyed staying in the apartment and would certainly book the apartment again in the future. The only down side is parking for Apartments 1 to 3 (we were in apartment 3). The parking area is very tight for all parking especially for apartment 3. If visitors have a large car it would be very difficult to park and have easy access getting out. There is a car park opposite but is expensive (£11 for 24 hours or £8.20 for a day plus £1 to park overnight)

Tastefully furnished, modern features, good facilities and independent access. Friendly housekeeper, Angela on hand if any problems or to share some banter. Thanks for the welcome package of wine, milk and plum bread. .much appreciated after long journey from Kent. Parking takes concentration to manoeuvre in tight spacing. You get the hang of it though. Lovely place to stay and as a base for enjoying fab Keswick and nearby fells.

  • "Outstanding."

We stayed in number two last month, and number three this month. They are both excellent in every respect. In fact, they are so comfortable, welcoming, attractive, that we sometimes preferred to stay in than go out!

  • "This is our secone stay here and had another amazing holidayin March this year where ob this occasion block booked the 3 ground floor apartments to celebrate a family birthday."

All 3 apartment where immaculate and the friendly property manager is always at hand if you have any queries, even handed in a small gift and card for the birthday person. Keswick is one of our favourite holiday destinations having everything you need on your doorstep. The location of these apartments(lake, shops, walking, restaurants etc) means our car hardly moves when we stay here.

Response of Angela and Matthew was very good, especially given that this was over New Year. The level of finish and fitting to the property is excellent and certainly to date is being maintained very well. Very convenient location for the town centre and would definitely consider visiting again

  • "Apartment was spotless and well equipped."

The location was perfect very close to town and the shops, pubs and restaurants. The apartment has a car parking space to the rear of the property which is great but a little tight with a large car. Angela the on-site housekeeper was very friendly and knowledgeable. The apartment has a communal utility room in the basement with a washing machine and drying room for outdoor clothes. Somewhere close to this to clean a muddy dog would be a bonus. Would definitely return, thanks. Joanne and Tony

  • "The apartment was superb."

..really well designed with a high spec interior it had everything you could wish for. The bathroom in particular was fantastic. A wonderful deep bath to soak the muscles after a days walking... The location is fantastic, only 2 mins from town but still a quiet location. There was a parking space in the buildings car park... probably the only negative as it's a bit tricky parking a large car, but you do get used to it..you need to reverse in !! Keswick is a wonderful base, the town has LOTS of really good places to eat, the fellpack was the best and closest.. (hence we didn't use the flats lovely kitchen very much). Quick mention for Angela the housekeeper a real asset, very helpful and knowledgeable... Pointed us in the direction of the best Chinese takeaway. (Golden hills). All in all an excellent stay and we really hope to return. Thankyou!

Close enough to the town centre to be ultra convenient, but also far enough away to enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. The housekeeper was extremely helpful and assisted with any queries we had. Can't recommend this apartment enough, and we hope to return again in the future!

  • "We loved this place."

It was absolutely spotless, the location was perfect - within 5 minutes walk of the lake one way and the town the other way. We didn’t use our car at all as there was so much to do nearby and when we did go further afield (to Windermere and Buttermere) we used the excellent bus service. The only thing we would say is that if you have a very large 4 x 4 or similar the car parking space is a little tight but otherwise is fine and there is a public car park opposite the flat in any case. The caretaker was very friendly too and we definitely hope to return soon.
