It did not disappoint. We had a wonderful stay, we love the location and the apartment was spacious and beautiful. We could have stayed longer. It had everything we needed for a fabulous week in the Lakes. We will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week’s stay although the snowy weather did hamper us somewhat. However, we were snug and cosy and the scenery was fabulous. We would recommend this property.

"The apartment is wonderful."
All six of us and the dog thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the equipment was excellent and the drying cupboard was a great facility. We felt that a plastic washing up bowl and plate drainer would have been useful, but this was a minor issue.
The beds were very comfortable and linen of great quality. Although the weather was not so great for us , we enjoyed having a small garden to use. The situation was great for reaching the surrounding areas.

"This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Muirhead and they really have thought of everything in terms of facilities."
Just a slight negative is there are a few areas that need updating like the grouting in the en-suite. A barbecue outside would be amazing .All in all a great break.

"After a drainage issue which resulted in raw sewage backing up into the shower and bath I had to clean and sanitize the areas myself."
Offered compensation on the 3rd March and still havent recieved anything. Service level throughout the process was very poor. Loyal customer who has booked over 30 times with lakelovers and feel very let dow

Have now stayed here twice and will definitely book again. One added luxury to consider would be a hot tub.

"The accommodation was fab in every way."
A couple of things would be to have a tv in every bedroom as often we would have like to watch in bed in the evenings . Also an umberella from the sun would be good as the back garden did get really warm .
