Upon arrival you will be greeted by a quiet cul-de-sac area containing two sought-after off-road parking spaces; continue up the steps into your entrance hallway - containing a very handy washer/dryer and fridge/freezer, neatly shut away in attractive storage.

Making your way into the main living area of the property, you will notice the spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living room with plenty of seating for you to get comfortable on and watch your favourite Netflix shows on the Smart TV together.

Behind the living area is your kitchen and dining space; the kitchen contains gorgeous wooden and white painted counters, creating a warm and pleasant space for you to cook your favourite meals while making the most of the built-in microwave and convenient dishwasher.

The dining area seats up to six, perfect for enjoying an evening meal together after a day out; you could even have friends and family over that could stay in Pippin Lodge next door and make the most of the extra seating available in the property.
