Location is close to shops, bars & restaurants & convenient for the tram & buses into Blackpool or elsewhere.

Kitchen is nice with comfortable bar stools (not the ones pictured on the advert) but the sofas in the lounge smelled musty/dog smell so we didn’t spend much time in there. The garden furniture is rusty & broken & there is no shade which was a shame as we would have liked to spend more time in the garden but it just wasn’t comfortable to do so. Beds much too soft for us. House could do with a bit of an upgrade particularly the bathroom sink which is far too small for a main bathroom. There is no recycling bin only a general rubbish bin so we brought our recycling home with us which was not ideal. Fans around the house would have been useful as it was very hot & we only had the one we brought with us. Parking is a bonus but it’s behind the back garden so make sure you park at the front on arrival to collect the keys as the side gate is locked. All in all we had a good week but probably wouldn’t return

Overall we enjoyed our 4 night stay.

The house is very close to sea front and Main Street. Convenient for the local chippy and cafes. Parking is at the back but there is also on road parking at the front of the property. The beds were comfy and we slept well. Nice to have a garden to enjoy the sunshine. The front of the house could do with improvement. Looked like they were going to have some work done. When we arrived the settees in the living room smelled of dog! We don’t have pets so really noticed it. I know this isn’t the owner’s fault and people need to keep their pets off the furniture or at least bring throws to protect the settees. Luckily I had a couple of throws in my car and we sat on them.

Great house.

We planned on using it as a base and eating out but ended up cooking or getting takeaway and spending lots more time in the house. The breakfast area in the kitchen was perfect for us all getting together and planning our days.

The house is in a great location for the shops and beach a 5 minute walk gets you into the town centre.

The back garden is a real sun trap and having the table and chairs was an added bonus. The house is very equipped with even a dishwasher and washing machine if required. The only negative is the stairs being steep and elderly people may find this a struggle to get up and could be very dangerous going down. A warning may be a good idea on the website to state may not be suitable for an elderly person.

Great location with 5 minute walk to shops, bars and beach.

Benefit of off street parking and only short walk to tram stop or bus station for journey to Blackpool centre. House is fully equipped and has very comfy beds. Enclosed garden is a sun trap and great for the dogs. Hosts are very good to respond to any queries promptly and we will look to book again when in the Blackpool area. Fully recommend.

This is a lovely family stay property.

Close to a selection of shops which makes it perfect for a self catering stay. Everything in the house that you need and lovely comfy beds. Excellent heating in the house which was perfect for a chilly, wet February break.

Disappointed, no details for bin collection, had to hunt for instruction manuals not one for dishwasher.

Bags of garden waste left in the garde, oven not clean pizza remnants still on shelf.Toaster not clean. Doors and door frames not clean dirty finger marks on handles and door frames.small child's balls under the sofa smaller than a ping-pong ball sniffed out by my dog. The plug on the wash hand basin had not been cleaned or removed for sometime,when I removed it it was thick with soap scum and grime.oven gloves needed replacing i washed them before I use them but they did still not come up clean. Hoover not fit for purpose ,had to wash the filter before I could use and the bottom was fill of dirt. A high clean needed to be done dust on top of every door frame and picture frame. Cobwebs around all light fittings. And not even a full toilet roll left. The conservatory light fittings leaked rainwater around them on a evening we had heavy rain. The general state of decoration was disappointing it needs a lot of finishing of all over the house.Seems to have been done in a rush . The stools at the breakfast bar are extremely uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. There is a lot of storage space in the kitchen. Maybe consider getting rid of the breakfast bar and stools and getting a table and chairs . It would make the whole dining experience alot more comfortable.

Great place for visiting Cleveleys and Blackpool.

Instructions on how to set heating would have been useful. Kitchen stools very uncomfortable. Everything else was good. Garden was ideal for our small dog. Would stay here again.

A spacious comfortable stay in Cleveleys.

Very handy for the town and close to Blackpool and Fleetwood. The beds were comfy and everything was clean.

We enjoyed our stay.

Nice and convenient for the bus, trams and shops. Little extras in the kitchen would be good. Measuring jug, tablespoons. Table and chairs rather than breakfast bar would have been better. We are of the older age group and would make it easier for sitting.

Space at back of property to park car don't park on front property as only can stay hour parking otherwise could get parking fine .Enclosed garden for dogs but side gate needs fixing or replacing thanks v Hesketh

The property was lovely, plenty of room, lovely garden with furniture, It's in a great location, with tram and bus stops around the corner, plenty of supermarkets in close proximity.

Suggestions would be Better cutlery, they kept bending, the stools are too high for the kitchen table which made it uncomfortable when dining. There is also a camera in the neighbours back window overlooking the garden, which we thought was invasion of privacy. We had a lovely week and wouldn't hesitate to book again if we were to go that way again.

We had a lovely stay.

The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The layout of the kitchen is a little odd and the you certainly get your steps in with the dishwasher in the conservatory but it was fine. All I would say is, with the parking out the back and the key box at the front, maybe consider moving the key box to the back or opening up the access to the front (the side gate was blocked and locked) so you don't have to walk all the way around. We would definitely come back when in the area.

What’s not to like!

Ideal location, shops trams,buses and seaside all within a short walk. House was very comfortable and enclosed secure back garden a bonus for our dog. We used the off road parking space at the rear of the property and didn’t touch the car until we came home. We would definitely stay again.

Oh dear Sykes, I have always used your company when we go away, and have always been satisfied, I don’t know what happened here.

I don’t know how long it is since you’ve inspected this property, but your picture of the approach to the house is not what we were greeted with, it look like a builders yard. Inside it was nice, but spoiled by lack of attention to detail, some of them necessary, no kitchen roll, no hand wash down stairs, unstable coffee tables, fridge door broken, bare plaster patches in the utility room. Then we go upstairs, handle missing off draw, walls touched in with different colour paint, no toilet rolls. The road leading to the parking place was very overgrown and almost impossible to drive along. All in all the whole place looked grubby and neglected. We never filled in the visitor book because we were too angry and upset. To completely spoil our holiday when I stripped the bed, (in which I had Not been able to sleep because there was a plastic mattress protector on,) the first night I woke up in a pool of sweat so slept on top, we found the most disgusting mattress, I was so upset to think I had been anywhere near the mattress let alone lying on it. What is really worrying me now is that we have booked two more weeks with you in September. I’m not sure I really want to go, as this is in Weston super Mare and Saundersfoot, which is a very long journey for us, and we couldn’t stand a repeat of Nutter Road. I have photographs of the front, the walls and the mattress which I will gladly send you. I look forward to your feedback on my comments, and reassurance that our holiday in September will be more acceptable. Yours faithfully Patricia HIGNETT

Fantastic week away at Nutter road.

Perfect location to amenities and beach plus close to Blackpool we picked an amazing week as the weather was perfect to wonder around the local area. Will definitely be returning

Had a lovely stay, everything was great, safe garden for my 2 little dogs, even the weather was kind to us.

Parking very handy at the rear of the property.Once parked up there was no need to use the car, because everything is a stones throw away.We will definitely be staying again very soon.Thankyou so much

Parking around the back of the property with access through the back of the property. The property was well equipped.

37 Nutter Road is perfectly placed to explore this great little town of Cleveleys and all its amenities, plus Blackpool and the Fylde Coast.

The house is generally well fitted out, and although we had one or two issues, I’m sure they will soon be sorted out by the nice young owners living nearby.

Another lovely stay at Nutter Road, love coming back here, never let's us down.

Love everything about its location and amenities, we will be back for sure.

We cannot rate this house highly enough.

from start to finish we enjoyed our stay. Excellent hosts. The house has everything you could need. Excellent well stocked and laid out kitchen. All the utensils you could ever need. The lounge is nice and comfortable. Beds nice and clean. Towels plentiful. Excellent bathroom with a really good shower. The utility room was great for doing the washing before we went home. The enclosed garden is ideal for pets as you know they are safe. Good for parking as well. We were that impressed we didn't want to go home. We are going to book again for next year. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

This is a very well situated property for trams,buses,shops,cafes & the beach which are all within walking distance of a few minutes so no need to use your car at all really!

The house is quite comfortable & very clean although the low sofas & soft mattress on main bed were not for us-which is personal preference I know.There were certain areas which need attention such as the front door lock,kitchen taps,curtain tie back holder in main bedroom which was hanging off the wall & tv reception kept breaking up-probably needs an aerial booster.There is a lovely kitchen but the inferior quality cutlery,oven trays & badly stained jugs let it down-also no small glasses or egg cups provided.I would have given this property 5 stars but for these things which let it down. Having said that,we enjoyed our stay & would recommend it.

Loved it & will 100% be going back next year.

The property was damp ( but they are getting new roof so being addressed) silver fish like bugs in living room, with proper cleaning (windowsills, down sides of cupboards , mirror in bedroom, washing machine had dirty hand marks on, conservatory bench down sides lots of bugs, webs etc would be put right).

The positives the bedding upstairs was lovely & clean, so were the towels. The beds comfy, parking & garden great. There was everything in the house you could possibly need. With a good clean & roof fixed, would bring a lot of people back. Having said that even though needed a clean it was a lot of room for the money.

The single bed was very uncomfortable.

The room could do with a small unit /table for a lamp for reading The decor in the small bedroom was poor

Property location excellent for trams and town centre.

Bathroom - excellent shower lovely towels but found it lacking a bath mat which made the tiled floor very slippy. Bedroom- really comfy bed with lovely bedding and ample wardrobe and drawer space but only one bedside table (enough room for 2) and something sharp sticking out of bed base on the side near the window (caught my leg on it getting out of bed ) Kitchen- ample cupboard and worktop space but the sink wasn't fastened down properly, laminate flooring in front of the sink was damaged and loose, we found the stools uncomfortable to sit on to eat a meal. We did notice that the windows although double glazed looked old and most of the units had blown and had condensation in between the sealed panels. The small front garden was full of weeds and a couple of dead or dying plants and the positioning of the bins wasn't great (underneath the front windows). The overall impression we got was that the house could do with some love and attention.

Fabulous location, very busy location house was very cosy, great back garden for my dogs, but would need to take your own throw over and dog towels for you dogs, the house as everything you need this is only my opinion I would have like more toilet roll and kitchen roll and I feel I was overwhelmed with all the Tv in the house but that’s because I don’t have TV in my own home but great for kids, I would visit this place again without a doubt thanks Nikki and Andy

Quite a lot of decorating work needs doing, seems to have had a leak of some sort but the actual property was lovely.

I would really of appreciated a bottom bolt on the back gate fence for extra security that someone outside couldnt just let the dogs out. A mirror in the other double bedroom wouldve also been very handy, the beds however are very comfy! Neighbours were very kind and helpful. Hosts are lovely And helpful. Great location for town and beach, we would definitely return. Thank you.

A lovely clean home and really enjoyed our stay.

Had everything we needed and so close to all the shops you need. A 2 minute walk to the shops and a 5 minute walk to to beach. People have commented on the parking which is at the rear of the house. It's fine you can get a tank down the alley if you happen to have a tank

Lovely property which was spotless clean, tidy and very comfortable in an excellent location.

It was only a few minutes walk to the prom to walk our dog. The high street has a good variety of shops including dog friendly cafes and pubs We especially liked the Tavern at the Mill, Marsh Mill Village a 30 minute walk away. We will definitely book 37 Nutter Road if we return to the area.

Good location close to everything, property was clean & tidy.

But down side was the dog at number 39 barked, morning/noon/night

The property was exactly as we had expected it and the location was superb so close to the beach, the shops as well as bars and restaurants.

The facilities available in the property were good and the sleeping accommodation were great. Good outside space especially helpful for our dog given the weather was not the best, that said it did not stop us having a great time.

Our second stay at this lovely bright, modern property.

The beds are very comfy, plus the addition of bedside tables was very welcome. Unlike most guests, we didn't bring a dog, however it was so clean you couldn't tell that people generally do. Nikki and Andy are excellent hosts who kindly left us a message after we arrived, and cleared up some confusion we mentioned in the guest book. Hoping to try 23 Ryden Avenue next time!

Beautifully presented house in a fab location.

The bed in the master bedroom was so comfy but the pillows in all the bedrooms were a bit cheap, however there was plenty of fluffy towels provided. The stairgate was great for keeping my dogs downstairs and the utility/boot room was big enough for their 2 crates. Others have mentioned the access to the parking being tight, we have a huge car and it was a bit of a squeeze turning into the lane, but the car fit the space and we didn't use it once we'd parked up, there's no need with the buses and trams right on the doorstep! It's so close to the amenities and the prom which we walked every day with our dogs. We highly recommend Kays for fish and chips and my teenage daughter loved Boba Star at the bottom of the street for the latest craze, bubble tea! Nikki the owner was friendly and checked in with us a couple of times, including a text after we left to explain about the missing toaster. We will definitely book 37 Nutter Road if we return to Cleverleys.

We really enjoyed our stay here.

It was very clean on arrival and a nice little welcome pot with tea and coffee :) We did find the main bedroom bed a little uncomfortable but everyone else said their beds were so comfortable. Easy access to transport which was perfect for us as we was back and forth to Blackpool centre. If we visit again we would definitely return to this property Thank you for a lovely stay

Nice welcoming place, handy for the high street

In general we had an enjoyable few days at Nutter Road Mattress on the main bed very uncomfortable and massive dip on the one side , pillows far too.

soft and cheap , came home a night early as the bed was so uncomfortable. Sofas very low , struggled to get up off them . Cobwebs in the utility area and all the windows needed a good clean No clocks anywhere which are always useful. Parking at the rear was very good but access is very tight up the passageway , larger cars will struggle Front and back areas needed weeding and generally tidying up Garden secure and ideal for the dogs Lots of TLC needed could be really nice.

Well situated comfortable accommodation close to amenities and transport.

Would certainly use again.

Problem with TV but he was round within 10 min to fix it, great!

Excellent location and once parked at rear of property there was no need to use car till departure.

Beautifully renovated, fresh and comfortable house in an excellent location close to all the amenities of Cleveleys and the tram stop for getting into Blackpool.

The owner Nikki was very friendly and helpful when we had to contact her about a couple of things. We had a lovely time although it was a very hot week! Highly recommend The Shipwreck Brewhouse; they do excellent breakfasts and a good selection of ales. Kay's Fish & Chips are also fantastic.

Had a lovely holiday, house was very clean and modern, lovely garden area to sit out, the area was really nice, all shops nearby, owners lovely people, we will definitely be returning.

Great property,great location & parking at the back of the property a big bonus !

Everything was spot on in the property , comfortable bed & big ! We had a great week in Cleveleys did three different cycle rides including to the Tower Blackpool,Fleetwood & a 32 Mile round trip to Lytham to see Bobby Ball's statue ( which is in Lowther Gardens ) Lots to do & see in the surrounding areas .Lots of choice with local working mens clubs etc just sign in as a guest for the night , have good turns on

This is a fantastic house.

Centrally located to Blackpool & Fleetwood. Its very well equipped & has everything you could need, the photos don't do it justice. Really looking forward to booking again. The only downside was parking - you can park on the road outside the house, but beware if you are out of the times because the wardens are very keen on tickets - my fault I didn't read them. There is a space at the back of the house 1 will use next time. The owners checked that we had arrived OK & there was a welcome pack of tea, coffee etc which was a lovely touch
