"If I could give more than 5 stars I would."

My stay was just everything we could’ve asked for. Beautiful place. So spacious and clean and just an amazing space for me and my friends to have a lovely weekend. We had no issue using any facilities and we loved every minute of it. The garden was super spacious and the hot tub was amazing. The village was so lovely also. Friendly people. Local shops, pubs and walks. We will definitely be back. Amazing!!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review of Seraphim House. I am so pleased you and your friends enjoyed your weekend in St John’s Chapel. We look forward to welcoming you again soon! Property Owner

"The owners of this property have done a fantastic job with its conversion from a chapel to a lovely holiday home."

We had a lovely relaxing holiday visiting attractions near and a bit further afield. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing and star gazing at the end of the day. Thanks Victoria.

"We all had a lovely stay at the chapel."

Everywhere was lovely and clean, even the hot tub was spotless. We actually ended up staying in the other half of the building (Aurelian house) due to electrical issues so this meant we had to move a bed which wasn't really a problem, but as we were 2 families Seraphim House would've been more suited to us for bedroom layout from what we could see on the online booking. Slightly disappointing that there was only two toilet rolls provided (for 8 people) meaning we had to go out and buy toilet rolls, also only one bin bag for rubbish and a drizzle of washing up liquid. It would've been helpful if it was listed in the description so we could've packed some rather than having to use the expensive shop in the village to buy these essential items. Please note there isn't any bins outside to dispose of rubbish bags either and it was advised in the info booklet to take rubbish home which was really hard and caused us to worry. Overall both families said we would return as the chapel is huge and it was very clean, the little village is lovely and the surrounding areas are great to explore. A beautiful base for exploring the Northumberland coast line but pack essentials!

"Beautiful property on a lovely location."

The house was immaculate amd had everything you could possibly need. The ceilings were gorgeously high, and the whole home was light and bright.

Thank you so much for your positive feedback! We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay at Seraphim House! Our cleaning team are committed to achieving the highest standards, is there anything specific you would like me to pass on that would help them achieve higher scores? Thank you! Property Owner
