We had a fantastic stay at Limestones.

The whole family had a wonderful time. Our two dogs loved having plenty of space to roam freely and our toddler had just as much fun exploring. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was spotless and well-equipped. One of the highlights was watching the alpacas, especially when our daughter got to see them having their hair cut – she absolutely loved it! We enjoyed a BBQ in the peaceful garden and really appreciated how relaxing the surroundings were. The location was perfect too. We took a trip to the beach, enjoyed a ride on the steam train, visited the local pub (a few times) and spent a lovely day at Peter Rabbit's Garden. It was the ideal balance of a peaceful retreat while still being just a short drive from plenty of activities. We had such a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

Been coming to Limestones for the last 4-5 years and refer to it as my happy place.

It’s the place to go to when life gets a bit much and you need total relaxation in idyllic surroundings. Love the neighbouring alpacas who visit a couple of times a day, babies this year! I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to escape the biz of life. Dogs love it too and know exactly where they are when we first arrive.

We had an enjoyable weeks stay at Limestones.

Great location, very clean and well presented. However, a few issues that resulted in us giving a four star rating. Lacking in storage and surfaces to put items on. A chest of drawers and hooks would be helpful. Blinds in the main living area would help to keep the room at a more comfortable temperature. (3 of the 4 skylights would not open) It would also benefit from more crockery and cutlery.

Lovely property in a nice quiet location.

On first appearance the property looks great. However could do with a little TLC. The property was so cold on our arrival with no heating on at all , luckily we knew how to put it on but took its time to warm the property. Log burner said came with a starter pack but only had 1 firefighter and no wood. It was also mentioned months ago but still the toaster only half works! The Alpacas were a pleasure to see every morning.

Stayed here in August 2025 and this time round January 2026 grand daughters enjoyed it.

Lovely place and recommended for anyone to get away . Will definitely be booking again if any slots become available in summer Thankyou

Just returned from a Fri-Mon stay at Limestones.

This was a family weekend with our toddler grandson, his parents and our son. We all had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful, well equipped and so cosy. The beds are very comfortable too.The fellas in our party loved the sauna and cold plunge (not for the feint hearted brrrr). We will definitely stay there again. Our grandson loved the alpacas in the field at the side of the house.. they are very friendly and would come right up to the fence if you called them for a pet. The pub in the village General Burgoyne does a fab Sunday roast.. nice traditional country pub feel, I recommend booking as they kindly managed to squeeze us in). A fabulous New Year in a truly beautiful property.

Gorgeous walks right on the doorstep and a great pub nearby—highly recommended! Great location for the Lake District.

Limestone is beautifully presented modern within a lovely old building

We had a really lovely stay at this clean, warm and well presented property, with its modern interior.

The outdoor area was large, secure (for our dog) and beautifully presented. The sauna is a great addition, with a nice patio and seating area and the neighbouring alpacas. The location was excellent for exploring the southern Lake District area. The cottage had plenty of pots pans, plates, bed linen, towels etc and complementary soap, shower gels, tea, coffee, biscuits etc. The bedrooms were large with lots of storage space, but no drawers to put smaller items of clothing (i.e. t shirts, underwear etc. that did not require hanging). We just left those items in our bags and put them in the bottom of the huge wardrobes. Full instructions on all electrical items were present. We found the dishwasher was not particularly efficient however and only the right side of the toaster worked. The oven was also quite tricky to figure out how to use, but the showers, washing machine etc. were all very good. This is not the usual kind of property that we hire, as we tend to lean towards the more traditional kinds of cottages. However, with one member of our party being a disabled traveller, the modernness and uncluttered aspect of this property, in addition to it all being on one level, was perfect for their needs.

Second time of visiting this accommodation and its still as relaxing and beautiful as before.

Lovely cottage, great remote location for switching off for the weekend.

Had everything we needed there, and host even provided travel cot and high chair. Only small negative was we could tell the property allowed pets, as dog hair was on the sofa. We aren’t a pet family. The alpacas in the garden were a highlight of our stay with our little girl, she loved them.

Lacking shelves or tops to put general items in the bedroom.

A salt and pepper pot would be nice. Something as basic as that would be helpful.

We had a family get away to celebrate my mum’s 60th, the accommodation was spotlessly clean.

The location was great for us, the house was secluded and private and the property was secure meaning we didn’t have to worry about our dog getting out. Our little ones enjoyed the garden and the adults appreciated the cold dip and sauna. We will hopefully be back next year.

3rd time at Limestones and already booked again for next year.

It is my go to place to relax and let the stresses of the year melt away. It is like home from home and is spotless every time. We particularly love the size of the garden for our dogs and daily entertainment when the Alpacas come down to visit. Caters well with all kitchen equipment so never cut short. Overall, the best holiday escape you could wish for.

Fantastic property, 4 adults and 2 kids ( 4 and 3 ) stayed here for 2 nights with our family dog and had a great time.

Where the property is located it feels secluded but close enough to local shops / pub and access to walks / lakes. It was lovely and quiet at night to get a peaceful sleep. The kids and dog had more than enough space to run around and play. The sauna and cold plunge was much appreciated also. The icing on the cake was the friendly alpacas that come down to say hello whilst we ate our breakfast outside. I can see why this property is booked up so far in advance. We will definitely be back again. Thank you

Lovely bungalow in a lovely quiet area with a beautiful view.

We absolutely love this place second time back to limestone, love the village the walks and pub just a 10 minute walk does lovely food too, staff are friendly, we can’t wait to come back again soon

We had the best time, we were 4 adults and 2 dogs.

Our week was so relaxing when we were at the property. Each year we choose somewhere different to stay, this was the first time we said we would definitely return to the same property. We had a mix of weather, the week started with rain but ended in extreme heat and sunshine. The alpacas and the sheep were lovely and we even introduced our dogs to them through the gate, they were all very friendly and the photos are something I will treasure. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful property. xx

It was amazing. We had the best time. The plunge pool and sauna was a great hit and the kids loved watching the Alpacas too. We will definitely be returning.

Really beautiful property in a very peaceful location.

All been done to very high standard. It was lovely to be able to see the Alpacas from the living room just grazing in the field. It also has a wonderful view of Urswick Tarn (lake) from the garden with a plunge pool and sauna if you're brave enough to use them. Very invigorating first thing in the morning. I would definitely recommend the property and stay again. My only tiny niggle would be the living room not having any form of sun blinds.

Limestones is a lovely, peaceful place to stay.

This was the third time we had stayed there for a holiday. It was lovely to see the sheep and alpacas again. Sooty, our dog loves running free in the small field. Limestones is comfortable and well equipped. 7

What a beautiful property in a stunning location.

It’s one of the best we have ever stayed at and certainly is in terms of the outside space! It was very relaxing and tranquil. It will not disappoint. Perfect outdoor space for dogs. Milo certainly loved it. Well equipped. Near supermarkets and the charming town of Ulverston. A great base for exploring the Lake District. We had great weather so was able to sit out most days and play with our dog on the lawn. The garden is enclosed. There is just one small corner where we felt could do with some board up where the hosepipe was situated. We worried that our small dog could get through and down on to the lane below. Apart from that it was a perfect property.

A beautiful, comfortable property in very scenic countryside.

The property was lovely and spacious both in and out and the sauna was much welcome after long walks around Newby Bridge and Coniston. Lovely, quieter local walks a-plenty also, requiring little or no driving. Top this off with some endearing alpacas and sheep and there was nothing more to need! We definitely hope to return, it was the perfect place for family time together.

Wow, what a superb place to stay!

Everything is thought of and the quality of everything is so high. I would say it’s the perfect place to chill, we all felt relaxed at Limestone Cottage. The owner was very helpful too, advising where to eat and places to visit. I would definitely recommend Limestone Cottage and hope to visit again.

This was our second visit to Limestone, and we will be back again.

Lovely location, everything you could wish for. Given it was January, the property was extremely warm, so much so, we only had the heating on for the first day. Ideal for dogs, and the Alpacas and Teddy Bear sheep are so relaxing to watch through the Lounge window.

Lovely, bright and clean cottage, very spacious for the four adults and a dog.

Well laid out. Main bedroom could benefit from a little desk or dresser to give more places to put things, but would definitely recommend this cottage.

Fabulous cozy property.

New and flows good. Well proportioned and idyllic setting. Owners very friendly. Short walk to a local, friendly pub but The Farmers in Baycliff, a short drive away, an absolute must. Booking required and don’t confuse with The Farmers in Ulverston.

Lovely view of lake . Loved seeing the alpacas and sheep every day. The sauna was an added bonus. The little field attached to property ideal for dogs . Would highly recommend

We had an incredible stay here over Christmas, the photos really don't do the place justice(especially on the outside).

Beautiful location, immaculately clean, great facilities and just an all round fantastic place to stay. Just perfect for the dogs too! This place is wonderful.

Absolutely beautifully decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed for a lovely stay and that garden, wow. The views overlooking the alpaca farm and the local tarn, really lovely. We went with our two dogs for a break for our wedding anniversary and unfortunately my husband was not feeling well with the flu and a bad cough for most of it so there was a lot of time sat on the couch and watching the alpacas (which are mega cute!) or Xmas films. Perfect chill out space! Thank you One minor thing that would have made limestones perfect is a blind in the front room like you have throughout the bedrooms, it can feel a little exposed on an evening (appreciating it’s not overlooked however) but given the amount of time we spent in the house it would have made the communal space even cosier Thanks for a lovely stay, you should be proud of your place!

Lovely comfortable stay.

Could have stayed longer. Possibly a hot tub would be a great addition. Love the sheep and Alpacas it was a joy to feed them. Well equipped clean and lovely.

The holiday property is beautiful a really nice place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay and found the property spotless. Nice large garden a hot tub would have been nice instead of the sauna .Good pubs in the locality excellent food.Would definitely return

Second visit,really great location,lovely amenaties book twice more for 2025.

Property was lovely but a few things we thought it needed to make things more comfortable: Velux window in living room was broken, which also meant at one point we needed to climb onto kitchen top to close and the tops of the kitchen cupboards were really dirty and covered in dead flies.

Crockery and cups wise there wasn’t enough for 5 of us when using the dishwasher to clean them. Some of the pans needed renewing as the Teflon coating had been scraped off with the metal utensils. A silicone spatula and plastic utensils would have been really good to make sure the pans aren’t ruined. I just want to reinforce that we really had a great time, these were just the few niggles we had whilst staying that would make things more comfortable for guests.

Limestones is my happy place.

I would retire here. The bungalow is beautiful and clean and the enclosed garden for the dogs is a delight, they love it here. Love the daily visits from the Alpacas and sheep. The overall experience is one of luxury in idyllic surroundings. The owner is the most helpful, compassionate person who goes above and beyond to ensure an excellent stay. A fantastic well equipped property in a great location for exploring the South Lakes and those places a little of the beaten track.

However, due to the hot weather we found the property a little too hot inside. Although there were blinds at the bedroom windows, curtains would help to keep the light out in a morning. Overall a fantastic property and would fefinitely recommend it and would have no hesitation to go back again

Absolutely fabulous place.

Bedrooms huge and very comfortable. Alpacas so lovely to see every day as the only neighbours. Fence to alpaca field could ve better as our smaller dogs could get through it. Lounge/kitchen can become very hot as no blinds on bi-foldimg doors but just minor in comparison. Just peaceful and relaxing. Garden beautiful (although automatic lawnmoor is out 23 hours a day which is rather annoying as cant enjoy the lawn as much) sauna and cold dip available for those who want it. Spotlessly clean and would highly recommend.

We loved this cottage so much last year that we booked for this year.

A super cottage with an extensive garden and alpacas in the next field!! What more can you want? Totally dog friendly too.

Another great stay at Limestones.

The accommodation (location, quality and cleanliness) and enclosed garden takes some beating. The dogs especially loved the garden. I still think blinds to the living/dining/kitchen area would be advantageous as the sun was so bright on occasions. Sad to hear of the loss of an alpaca since we stayed last year. Thank you for a fabulous week. We’ll be back again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at Limestone again.

Brilliant facilities. Sooty, our dog loved playing in the small field, without having to be on his lead. Nice to see the sheep and alpacas again. We had a lovely boat trip on Lake Windermere.

We had a fantastic holiday, we loved it that much we’ve booked for next June can’t wait, dogs loved the outdoors space, and the friends haha, loved the Scottish cows over the road, absolutely beautiful and peaceful, Ulverston was a lovely place to eat and drink, very busy little town, locals lovely and friendly, property had everything we needed

We enjoyed our short stay at the Limestones.

The accommodation had everything we needed. The location was idyllic and the alpacas and sheep were very sociable and gave entertainment to our dog! The only small suggestion we would make would be to include a hot tub, as the quiet location would make a perfect evening to relax after a busy day. Just a flag for the directions, once you have turned off Church Road, keep going along the lane until you meet the fork and then verge right.

What can I say?

Limestones, great location, fabulous decor and facilities. Very clean and comfortable, a real home from home. Pippa, Gus and Skylar really loved their time here and I would definitely recommend this property. My only comments would be, the cooker hood was unbelievably noisy, which did spook Gus and the gaps in the gate at the far end of the paddock did not stop our little terrier from investigating the alpaca and sheep’s field! Thankfully Skylar has great recall and so we were able to keep an eye her and stop her from revisiting

Beautiful place in a beautiful location.

Some niggles: garden was enclosed but not dog secure. (our dog stepped over the fence at the end of the garden into the Alpaca field); a page is missing from the directions to the property (though the post code takes you to the door); some wooden spoons would be useful for cooking.

We had a lovely stay at Limestones.

The February weather was mixed, so it was nice to go back and relax in the comfort and warmth of Limestones. Our little yorkie fell in love with the alpacas going down to the gate each morning to greet them. Lots of nice memories

. The location provides easy access into the Lakes, with the town of Ulverston with all of the facilities and food offerings you will need only minutes away. Thoroughly enjoyed our three night mid week break

This was our 2nd visit to Limestones and it felt great to be back.

We went with our 2 sons, daughter in law and granddaughter and 2 dogs. We all love being there together and there was the added bonus this time of feeding the Alpacas which our granddaughter loved. Limestones is stunning with plenty of space and facilities for us all. The outside space is fabulous and the sauna and plunge pool amazing! Lots to do if heading out and plenty of shops nearby. We cannot wait to come back!

What a lovely week we've just had !

Limestones is a fantastic property with everything you could need and feels away from it all. Easy access by car or by foot to some lovely walks in the lakes. We weren't expecting it to be as good as it was as the outdoor space is not shown on the listing so we had that added surprise on arrival. Nice food as well at the Farmers in Baycliff and General Burgoyne. Thank you to Limestones for a fantastic holiday.

On a whole this holiday home impressed on arrival, especially being greeted by Alpacas and the 2 Sheep.

For the price I would have expected a very high standard, which was let down by the flimsy wardrobe that seems to be slowly falling apart in small double room . My teenage daughter had an uncomfortable single bed so we turned mattress over only to discover a previous guest had an accident at some point. Mattresses ideally needs replacing. The location was lovely, very quiet and peaceful would highly recommend! Tho alot of driving is required if you are planning to see all the lakes. Little tip don't leave bathroom light on with windows open .....we experienced every bug from the Tarn sleeping with us ! Thankyou limestones for a a enjoyable week

One word for this property- awesome!

We’ve stayed in many Sykes cottages and this one is by far the best. Lovely modern accommodation, lovely location with beautiful views and the added bonus of a daily visit from the sheep and Alpacas next door. We had 3 generations of the family staying and we all thought it was fantastic.

Limestones certainly has the WAW factor.

I cannot rate this place high enough. The huge enclosed garden was a nice surprise, the dogs loved it, especially intrigued by the lawnmower! The lamas came to say hello which was nice (although the dogs had something to say each time). Such a wonderful relaxing holiday (pitty about the weather which stopped us exploring) but was happy just to relax in comfort. Will definitely come back.

Limestones in great urswick was perfect.

There was nothing that wasn't thought of. The house was beautiful and clean. The garden was big enough for a large family. Bbq and sauna/plunge pool was a lovely extra. Will definitely be returning at some point. The alpacas and sheep on the neighbouring field was a lovely sight first thing in the morning. Fantastic stay one that even the rain couldn't ruin.

A modern property superbly appointed.

It is in a beautiful spot with a super garden. The alpacas are a bonus!!! We would love to stay again and so would our dogs. As a semi ambulant disabled person it was just right but a wheelchair user would have difficulty with entrance over the folding door and window frames.

The best holiday accommodation we have ever been too!

The smell of fresh linen hit you as soon as you entered the property and everything was spotless. The dog loved the large garden and made good friends with the sheep. Just the place to unwind as the surroundings were so peaceful with stunning views. We will definitely return.

Limestones is a beautiful place.

Very comfortable. Aura the dog loved the Paddock and the Alpacas and sheep. Edward the owner kindly brought some food and my Grandson really loved feeding the animals. Had a fabulous time. Weather was brilliant. Aplacexwell worth a stay

Perfect dog friendly accommodation, the garden was lovely and big and the dog loved the alpacas - well, it took a day or two!

! We wanted somewhere to chill and relax and this fit the bill perfectly. This is definitely on our list for future return visit and we don't usually go somewhere twice!! (A dressing table or shelves would have been really handy in the main bedroom, just for somewhere to put our essentials). Thanks for sharing such a fab home.

This was one of if not the nicest properties we have ever stayed in, however, there were a few minor niggles.

Blinds in the lounge/kitchen/dining area would be a valuable addition. We were blessed with some fantastic weather and keeping the property closed up all day while out made this area very hot to come back to, and not great for the dogs trying to sleep with extra light early in the morning. There was no ability to open the velux windows either which would have helped airflow throughout the property considerably. This was the first property we have arrived in with no milk. Probably sounds petty but after an 8.5 hour journey to get there and no bearings on where shops were on arrival, to come in and have a quick cuppa before heading out for a shop and bite to eat would have been appreciated. Teabags, coffee sachets and sugar were provided but no milk which was quite disappointing given some of the welcome packs we’ve enjoyed over the years. Having only one key was also a little issue for us in the mornings. We took our dogs out early for walkies leaving an elderly relative there still sleeping in bed. We had to leave the main door unlocked in case of the need to escape in an emergency etc. Due to health issues, the elderly member of our group didn’t find it easy to use the window/door in the bedroom as quite stiff and heavy, and there was also the big step over. Perhaps it would be possible to offer 2 keys to those who it may benefit to avoid such a situation for others. Also in the details we had viewed prior to booking, a hot tub was a feature included and formed part of our decision making in opting for this property. It was therefore hugely disappointing to find a sauna (which we struggled to get to heat) and a cold plunge pool. Wasted expense on new swimwear in preparation too as we’re not swimmers so didn’t already have this. Finally, the much mentioned and highly recommended local pub was closed and looks like it will be for a while at least. It would be good if this could now be amended in the property details to ensure such facts remain up to date. Appreciate it may have only recently closed but it is still mentioned in the property details now so might help others with their plans. All that said, the property is a good size, is bright, modern and comfortable, in a great spot, well planned and spotlessly clean. The garden is amazing and perfectly secure for doggies. The alpacas are gorgeous and so friendly. Stunning place all in all.

We will definitely be going back, already recommended it to family and friends. It’s just as the pictures show it maybe needs a picture of the garden showing we were surprised by the size. It’s a hidden gem credit to the owners.

Fantastic cottage in the Lake District.

We were really impressed with the overall standard of all the rooms & amenities in this cottage. Great garden for our two little dogs as well. Icing on the cake were the lovely Alpaca neighbours. Would definitely recommend.

Super property , first time we have had a secure garden for the dogs as other properties state this but never are .

Property was lovely, the only minor thing was when I asked Sykes live chat if limestones had a washing machine and dishwasher they said it didn’t.

I was delighted to find it did have these facilities, I would’ve brought less clothing and dishwasher tabs, washing machine tabs etc

What a beautiful place to stay, we only booked 2 nights, wish we had booked for longer.

Loved our stay in this cottage.

It's absolutely lovely with everything we needed. No skimping on basics like some properties. What made it even more special were the gorgeous alpacas and black nosed sheep which were just in the field right next to the cottage. Such a delight to be greeted by them. Sauna was great too. Stayed here with 3 dogs. Garden was big and safe for them to run around. Great location with a lovely view of the tarn from the garden and lovely friendly local pub. Lovely owner too. Thank you very much.

We had a fantastic stay at Limestones as a pre Christmas get together with friends.

Property was fantastic, great views! Loved the llamas and sheep saying hello each morning and waiting to be fed. Beautifully planned and furnished, found great little pub in the village for mulled wine and cake and not too far from Ulverstone too so great location. Perfect!

Very clean, warm, and cosy cottage with large airy comfortable bedrooms I was a little worried about there being a secure place for the dogs as there was no picture of the outside space in the details but the garden was perfect, really good size and well fenced with sauna and view of alpacas as a nice extra

Limestone Cottage is absolutely beauitful and set in a stunning location.

The facilities are perfect - a real home from home and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. We had two dogs with us and they LOVED the garden, there was plenty room for them to run around - and the alpaca and sheep in the neighbouring feild were a little bonus. It was great to see them each morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again soon.

Limestones has the real wow factor!

We knew it was going to be nice just by the pictures but when we arrived the reaction it created by our party of 5 adults, 1 toddler and 2 dogs was sheer joy. The space was amazing and all the facilities that were provided you just couldn't fault, it had everything you could need for a short or long stay. Only thing I could really push to think of that was missing were recycling bins but maybe I just over looked them? Because the place was perfection. We had the most wonderful 3 days there and was truly sad to leave. We will definitely book to stay again

Beautiful cottage with all the facilities you could need.

The Sauna and the plunge pool was a brilliant idea. The only suggestion I would make is if the bedroom doors had locks but otherwise would definitely book again.

Instructions for finding the property were incomplete (probably truncated).

Called the owner and he assisted - lovely man. Kitchen needs more items, but I guess not many people cook much on holiday so it's understandable. Great location and very nice property. Beds a little soft, but that's personal preference. Sauna was a very welcome addition. Overall, we had a great time.

False advertising on behalf of Sykes resulted in a very unhappy family on arrival.

Frankly this let down cast a shadow on the first few days of the holiday. I will not be booking with Sykes again.

The cottage was exceptional.

We all loved it. Everything was so clean. Loads of room for everyone and didn't need for anything. Only thing missing was patio table umbrella for those really hot days

The cottage was every bit as wonderful as described with the addition of the company of alpacas and sheep which added to the enjoyment of our holiday.

The location was super with Ulverston close by. We had a brilliant holiday - thank you.

Amazing property set in beautiful surroundings with wonderful views which was a bonus as there were no photos of outdoor spaces.

Sauna and plunge pool were excellent. Had good weather and enjoyed eating outdoors looking over to the Tarn

What a beautiful home this is.

Absolutely perfect in every way. We had such a lovely surprise when we arrived as we had no idea there were alpaca and sheep in the field beyond the garden area. Our little girl absolutely loved this and it really made her holiday! Beautifully designed inside with everything you need. Stunning outside area too. We wandered down to the local pub for a meal which was lovely and the staff were ever so friendly. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for having us.

Far exceeded our expectations , fantastic property and fenced floodlit paddock was a bonus with us taking the dog kept him on a long line as the Alpacas and Sheep were in next field and he could have jumped fence one large saucepan would be useful to cope with a family of 4 better

Had a great time at limestone, and would recommend to all, excellent facilities, spotless, and great attention to detail, already looking forward to booking next year, the alpacas and the sheep in the adjoining field were an extra bonus.

Had a lovely 2 night stay at Limestone, can’t recommend it enough!

It’s a lovely cottage, great location, absolutely immaculate inside and out, the attention to detail is amazing. We went with 3 dogs and they loved it, alpacas to say hello to, ball thrower, towels, dog mats, we took our own things but anything you may have forgotten was catered for. Comfy beds, great bathroom facilities, kitchen well equipped. I don’t have a single suggestion or negative. So well thought through nothing missing. Can’t wait to visit again.

We loved the modern but comfortable style. The owner provided everything that we would possibly need. The Alpacas and sheep were perfect as our holiday home neighbours! ;) We will definitely be booking again x

Limestones was absolutely immaculate!

Marie & Edward are the perfect hosts. You will not be disappointed if you book this property. Massive garden which was the perfect run for our 2 dogs. Sauna & plunge pool for that added luxury. Our little girl loved the Alpacas on the neighbouring field. We are already planning our next trip. Thank you!

Beautiful property!

Everything needed with much more. Set in a perfect little secluded location, will definitely be returning when it becomes available again. The owners were very accommodating, very smooth process throughout! The Sauna is one of the many things that make this place feel luxurious
