"Great location with parking although quite tight to manoeuvre if it’s full with a big car."
Flat nicely appointed with everything you need, a nice big TV and comfy sofa. Mattresses not great for us but that’s a personal choice, overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend if you want to stay in town.

"The property was really comfortable,once we parked the car we didn't have to use it as the town was in walking distance."
A good base for visiting the towns in the lake district,because of the good bus service, Maybe the owner could get another shower mat as getting out of the shower was a bit slippy,apart from that it was a great shower and stay.

"My family stayed here when they came for Christmas and new year 2023."
They loved the apartment. It was tastefully furnished, warm and cosy, with everything you would need away from home, and lots of choices for eating out, and entertainment, within an easy stroll. I requested a baby cot and highchair, and these were in the apartment on arrival. Gaby even put up a christmas tree for us. Correspondence with the owners was easy and very pleasant. I would highly recommend this holiday apartment, and I would definitely look to book here again in the future. Thanks Gaby. You are a super-host.

"This was a really comfortable apartment in an excellent location in Kendal."
The kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I missed was a hairdryer… but it didn’t mention a hairdryer in the details so this isn’t a criticism. We had a wonderful week.

Riverwalk is a nice convenient spot in the town centre to revisit.

"Accommodation was very comfortable and tastefully decorated."
Was near to shops and ideal location for visiting the Lake District. For our personal circumstances it did not work as well as we would have liked. Flat was fairly small and there was limited space to dry laundry. There was no airer apart from a small pull out unit in the bathroom. Bathroom floor was very slippery when wet, and there were no hand towels. Hanging space was limited with no wardrobes just a couple of rails and drawers. If you expect to do washing and have wet, muddy clothes, rucksacks etc., as nice as the flat is, this may not be the right holiday let for you. Allocated parking space caused a few problems as we had a larger car.

"This was a beautiful apartment and was very new with everything in it new."
The only slight drawback was there were no wardrobes in either bedroom only coat hangers on hooks. This did not prove a problem and I managed the situation. Everything else about the bedrooms was luxurious and obviously to achieve that wardrobes would not fit but the rooms were of a good size, I did contact the owner about a couple of minor points and she was extremely helpful and pleasant.

"It was a very well presented flat, clean and functional."
The welcome package was a nice surprise. We had reason to text the property owner and they were very helpful. On Comfort we do prefer a king size bed, although we appreciate the bedrooms were not huge. The maintenance manager was very helpful in terms of car spaces - the whole place was good value for money.

Very close to town centre and all that has offer and less then 20 minutes from the lake district . In a ideal location . We had a fantastic stay and will be back some time in the future

"Had a really nice stay at River Walk."
The accommodation was absolutely spotless. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. A book with instructions for the electric hob (only ever used gas) the knack with the front door would be good. The single glazing made you realise how much I appreciate double glazing but I suspect there isn’t anything you can do about it (listed property?) but having said that it didn’t spoil our stay. My daughter and I found it super relaxing. Thank you.Julie

"We had an enjoyable stay at River Walk, a tastefully furnished, bright, modern, and clean apartment, in a great location in the centre of Kendal."
The allocated parking space was ideal, being in a private courtyard near to the apartment entrance, and we found it easy to get around the lakes from here, whilst enjoying all the benefits of staying in a town centre, such as good restaurants, pubs, and shops. We can definitely recommend this property to others.

"This is a nice flat."
Comfortable, warm and well equipped. It’s ideally located for Kendal town centre. I used it as a base for hill walking and again its location is ideal for the eastern/ southern Lake District and the Pennines. Parking bay allocated to flat was of a good size and very close to the main entrance. All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending.
