Beautiful property and so stylish decorated.

We only stayed 2 of the 3 nights as were a bit late leaving home. Only one tea bag left. I think there was meant to be some available. Didn’t matter though as Costa up the road. Thank you.

Everything you could want in a holiday let.

The photos don't do it justice- even better than expected. Would stay again without hesitation. Very comfortable beds and parking fine despite a busy summer weekend.

We stayed at Olive Cottage for 4 nights in April.

The property is in a very convenient location just off the high street, and is literally within touching distance of St Stephens Church walls. The accommodation is very smart, modern and has everything you would need. (The only hiccup was the very firm mattress but that's a personal opinion). The kitchen is very well kitted out. The shower room was modern, towels and linen very clean. There are lovely pubs serving food very close by. Parking wasn't a big issue as there's plenty away from the high street, but there isn't any very close by the cottage apart from the 2 hour on-street bays which were generally full during the day. All in all we recommend this accommodation and would consider staying here again if ever in the area.

Perfect location close to all amenities in Kirkby Stephen.

A great base for walks and exploring the area. Olive Cottage was perfect for the two of us for our Easter break. Very comfortable with everything you need for a perfect get-away.

We had a lovely short stay at Olive Cottage, tucked away down a quiet ginnel just off the main high street beside the church.

The cottage is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with great walks right from the doorstep. There’s a wood burner in the living room (which we didn’t even need to use), a powerful shower, and an extremely comfortable king size bed. Highly recommend staying here

The cottage was beautiful, a perfect location for walking and relaxing.

We travelled from the Midlands by train so no car and managed to have a wonderful day out visiting different stops on the Settle to Carlisle railway then a relaxed day enjoying Kirkby Stephen and local walks. Plenty of good places to eat although we also ate at the cottage one night as well equipped for your stay. The cottage was warm and comfortable after our days out and we would definitely recommend if you want somewhere to stay when visiting the area. Thank you.

A fabulous cottage with everything we needed.

It was modern and extremely comfortable and in a really convenient location with lots of amenities close by. It's much bigger inside than it appears from the photos and we could have stayed much longer if we had the free time. The bed was comfortable and we both slept really well during out stay. We didn't need to use the log burner but having one at home I know that it will make the cottage feel really cosy in the winter. We will definitely be booking again.
