"A beautiful cottage on the doorstep of St Ann's town and shops."
The only thing I could fault is there is no hand rail to get in and out of the bath when showering. A must for the elderly.!

"A lovely comfortable cottage in a good location."
The welcome bottle of fizz and biscuits was an added bonus as was the Christmas tree.
We had a very enjoyable stay and will certainly recommend.
Maybe providing a few tea bags, sugar and milk on arival might be a thought for the future as we have been used to finding these in previous cottages.

We previously provided Twining's tea and Arabica coffee sachets as well as sugar and milk but found that our last 6 guests did not use them, so concluded that our guests preferred to use those they had brought with them.
However, as you suggest, we will now provide them once more.

A lovely cosy and comforting cottage to return to at the end of a trip out and about.
John the host very helpful and welcoming.
You should sleep well at the cottage -so quiet and peaceful.
Must mention the special decoration of a Christmas tree and foliage.A most welcome gesture.
We do hope to return sometime to Jasmine Cottage.

"An ideal couples bolthole, close to the centre of St Annes but extremely quiet."
The owners live next door but don't get in your hair, unless you need them. Very well equipped, though most people there on holiday won't use a full size dishwasher or washer dryer. Walking distance (200m) to St Annes Square shops, with Aldi being 150 metres away with M&S food 250. Multiple bus routes to Blackpool and beyond run past the property.

My wife and I are so impressed with Jasmine cottage we have booked again for next year...
Jasmine cottage is an excellent position, 5 minutes walk to the beach and St Annes pier,on the bus route for Lytham and,Blackpool or even Preston, if taking your dog, Ashton Park is virtually next door, marks and spencer 7 minutes walk with Costa next door to M&S.
Lots to do is St Annes, great pubs and cafés with good food,make Jasmine cottage tour number 1 ,home from home..

"Cottage was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated."
A lot of thought has gone into how it is presented.
It provided everything needed for our stay, and had a lovely private outdoor space which was also completely safe for our dog.
Owner was friendly and welcoming without being intrusive.

"Jasmine Cottage is well-equipped and hi-spec and tastefully furnished and decorated."
There is a pleasant, patio garden and, situated in the rear of the owner’s home, it is private and extremely quiet.
Being a stone’s throw away from the sea, good quality stores and amenities Jasmine Cottage is an ideal place to stay.

"Property furnished like a new place and very good local amenities."
Park and beech a minute or two away (literally) and shops and pubs on the other side of a beautiful park.
Well secured area for my escapologist dog and very peaceful cottage as it's set back from the main road.
All things considered, would definitely recommend and would stay again in the future.

"This property was better than listed ,it was very modern, very clean and comfortable ,the facilities for cooking etc were excellent and all other facilities were of an excellent standard."

"Jasmine Cottage is one of the best holiday properties I have stayed in."
The facilities are second to none, and the use of space is fantastic. All home comforts are provided, dishwasher, washer/dryer etc. Jasmine Cottage is a stones throw to the beautiful Ashton Gardens, the well served Town Center and Beach. And to top this all off the hosts Sandra and John are the most wonderful people I have ever met. Nothing is too much trouble, and they will go out of their way to make your stay 5 star. One of the very best holidays I have had. Thank you Sandra and John, and I hope to revisit very soon.
