This incredible property is set over five floors and offers a great selection of living spaces, including a games room with 50’ smart TV with soundbar, games console and games, table football and dartboard, selection of books and board games, a cinema room with 65’ smart TV with soundbar and sub-woofer, DVD player, and a handy cloakroom.
The ground floor also offers a sitting room with 50’ smart TV with soundbar, kitchenette, mini fridge, whilst on the lower ground floor you will find a wet room, as well as a utility with boot room, catering to your laundry needs.
The kitchen rests on the first floor and is home to an incredible selection of amenities, and a dining room which seats twenty-two guests.
When sleep calls, there are eleven tasteful bedrooms to choose from, each with storage for your belongings and en-suite options.
On the ground floor you will find a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, two singles, plus a ground-floor shared shower room for your refreshment.
On the first floor further bedrooms include a bunk room and king-size, serviced by a bathroom.
The second floor sports a super-king-size with amazing sea views and a handy en-suite walk-in shower, basin, towel rail and WC, 1 x family room with king-size and single, 1 x Bathroom, as well as a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC.
The third floor houses a king-size, also with incredible sea views and an en-suite shower room, plus two doubles with en-suites.
Morcambe is a lovely seaside town offering a pet-friendly beach only a short distance away, ideal for seaside walks, and there is also a great selection of cafés, pubs, restaurants, and convenience stores for all of your holiday essentials.
Enjoy coastal walks at Heysham Beach, or head into the historic city of Lancaster where you will find independent stores, riverside walks, and Lancaster Castle.
The property is also within reach of the incredible scenery of the Lake District National Park.
Here there are many places to visit including Windermere, Ambleside, and an incredible selection of walks throughout the area, including those at Scafell Pike and the Old Man of Coniston.
The Lake District National Park also offers adventure sports, and many opportunities to birdwatch, try out watersports, or wild swim.

We had a fantastic weekend here with 19 family members to celebrate an 80th birthday.
The house was lovely and clean, with loads of space for everyone. The kitchen was brilliant and really well equipped with everything we needed, and the lounge was a great space to sit and relax together. The games room was a real bonus and the table football was a big hit with both the kids and adults! The facilities provided for the baby in our family were also fantastic, with a cot and high chair provided, which made things so much easier. It was the perfect place for a big family get-together and we all had such a lovely time. A big thank you to our host for being so welcoming and for the great communication before and throughout the booking. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for such a special family weekend

We barely knew the children were there thanks to the brilliant basement games room & cinema room!! We all felt comfortable and not on top of each other....the space is amazing. Great views and we were luckily to see some amazing sunsets. Perfect location to visit the lakes too.

A very spacious and well maintained property which is ideal for large groups.
Our group was made up of older and younger adults, teenagers and infants. The house was very clean and every effort has been made to make guests comfortable with an extremely well equipped kitchen, additional heaters, blankets, fans (the list could go on) and a good utility room. The beaches locally are near and good and the prom has plenty of places to eat. In addition, there is lots to do in the surrounding areas of Blackpool, Lancaster and The Lakes to allow for different guest ages and interests. It's definitely one of the best properties I have stayed in and a bonus is the beach view and beautiful sunset. I would definitely recommend this property.

A really nice well equipped property.
The owner was lovely called a week before to tell us all about the property and the area, let us have an early check-in and late check out. The spaces in the home are great, we used the lounge and cinema room quite a lot. very good location, short walk along the beach to town. would defiantly recommend to others

Property was beautiful and modern but comfortable, it's in a great location and perfect for a family together or a group of friends.
I'm presuming it was an old b&b and there are a lot of stairs but thats understandable with a property of this size. It's well kitted out and we didn't feel like we needed anything. We would stay again. If you are afamily we can recommend Happy Mount Park for the kids and we had a nice meal at the Morcambe Hotel pup. We had a couple of initial issues there but they rectified and food was delicious.

This is an incredible property.
We’ve never stayed anywhere with such an amazingly stocked kitchen. All the bedrooms are beautiful and most are en-suite which was a real positive for us. Overall, if you’re planning a family or friends get together you can’t go wrong with this property. We loved our stay.

Great home for a family get together.
Clean, spacious, very comfortable and equipped with all that we needed. We were blessed with good weather so had a beautiful sunset and great views from the front of the property. Communication from the property owner was terrific.

A very impressive family / friend group accommodation.
Very well appointed with a large and generous kitchen so that lots can be in to use it and feel comfortable with prep and chatter. With the dining room just over the landing it has been placed in the ideal location for the house. We loved the basement games and entertainment/cinema with well equipped utitility room and great to have a wet room there too. All out of earshot if little ones were asleep. The lounge and sea view is very relaxing great it also has a kettle and tea coffee area, so well thought out. Decor is lovely and well thought through. Lovely tones in livings areas and nice and light and fresh in the bedrooms. All the bedrooms are well appointed and looked after. We had full house and it did not feel crowded. It worked well for us all and for all ages from 9 months to grandparents. Fantastic location and views. the caretaker was on call if we needed and the owner really good, providing amazing information before you go.

Fantastic property for large family gatherings, right on the seafront.
We'll equipped with all the pots, pans, crockery, glassware that you could need. Great games room & cinema room in the basement, as well as comfy lounge, and big dining room. Parking for 4 cars at the back of the property. Hosts were helpful, good communications.. They even have a fab app which they send to you prior to arrival with all the property info you might need... Especially useful we're the floor plans. Would definitely recommend Eden Bay retreat to anyone looking for a large place to stay... Just be warned, you need to be OK with climbing stairs, as there are 5 floors!

The cleanliness and quality of the amenities is outstanding. We were a party of all ages from 11 - 76 years old and the facilities were more than adequate for everyone. An amazing property.
I went with all my family - children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and we found it perfect for our needs. Even with so many of us, it never felt crowded. A lot of thought has obviously been put in to make the property homely and the information provided by the owners was very welcome. An amazing time was had by all.

Incredible views and plenty of space.
You need to be fit as there are 5 floors but this is clear in the description. Owner was helpful jn allowing us an early check in and late check out. Very convenient and plenty of parking.

Perfect for the 5 families coming together, lovely location (the sun definitely helped), crabbing, playing on the beach, park for the children just down the road, house so well equipped, clean, good for people to come together and also have some space if needed.

Eden Bay fitted our large family well.
It was well equipped and clean. The owner recommended a Chinese Takeaway and we had a very tasty meal from there. Our Grandson has already asked if we can go back.

We had a fantastic holiday at Eden Bay Retreat.
Four generations of our family stayed to celebrate mums 80th Birthday & all ages enjoyed everything the house had to offer. The games room & cinema room was enjoyed by the younger members of the family. The house has everything you could possibly need for your stay - Elliot & Ruth have thought of everything.This house is one of the best equipped we have ever stayed in. We stayed at Eden Bay Retreat in Morcambe for a friend’s Christmas and it was absolutely perfect.
There were 12 adults, 6 children and 2 dogs, and the house handled us all with ease. It was incredibly well equipped for cooking Christmas dinner for 18 people — more than enough pots, pans, utensils, crockery, glasses and mugs. Honestly, they’d thought of everything. The guidebook was so helpful, and the amenities throughout the house were spot on. We genuinely couldn’t have wanted for anything. After staying somewhere that was a bit of a disaster last year, this place was everything we hoped for and more. Elliot was extremely helpful from start to finish and kept in touch to make sure everything was going well, which made the whole stay feel relaxed and well cared for. We will be booking this every year — if they’ll have us! I would recommend Eden Bay Retreat to anyone looking for a large, cosy place for a family or friends getaway. Simply perfect.

I stayed here with my family (18 of us) and I can honestly say we were sio impressed.
Large property with ample room for 22, comfortable beds, extremely clean, excellent kitchen and cooking facilities, perfect seafront location, ample parking, we took additional kitchen bits due to other properties we've stayed in lacking some of the essentials but didn't use any of them apart from t.towels and a silicone spatula

This is the 2nd time my family have gathered at Eden Bay Retreat and the experience was just as excellent as the first time.
Great and friendly communication leading up to our stay at the excellently equipped and comfortable home. 4 generations of extended family and everyone was catered for with the facilities and fabulous rooms. The views from the front of the property are stunning, and immediate access to the prom for a morning walk was a great way to start a morning. We are planning on booking again as everyone was delighted with our stay.

We were just 7 and meet up once a year for a few days. We have stayed in some great places but without doubt Eden Bay Retreat was the best. Well appointed, spotlessly clean, warm and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The views from the front of the property were great as we looked out onto the bay. Very highly recommended to anyone who values quality accommodation.

This accommodation is absolutely amazing, the house it’s self is everything you could ask for to enjoy a holiday with a large family & friends, we’ve just had the most amazing time 14 Adults & 5 children plus 2 dogs.
The space is fantastic, all the bedrooms are well proportioned most with en-suites, there’s a games for room large lounge great kitchen & large dining room all so clean & fresh . We all managed to eat together which is so brilliant. We can recommend this house for any occasions for your parties or just to relax, the view from all the rooms at the front are spectacular . WOW!
!! What a stunning home - and that was what it felt like, homely, cozy, comfortable throughout. Yet this property was so spacious- that we left feeling we never had long enough there to experience every inch even though we were there for 3 days. Elliot & Ruth gave us 5 star hospitality, alongside such a warm and inviting vibe from our first initial call right through to the end of our stay. They sent us a digital info pack that was so useful to read before we got there, which meant we had more time just enjoying our family time. I have got to say, that Elliot & Ruth have thought of EVERYTHING to make your stay perfect! The main kitchen is well equipped with absolutely everything you may be planning , from simple snack prep to a full evening meal and breakfast for 20 people. And to complete this the dining area is spacious with stunning views over the bay and beyond! And that’s not all….. the basement cinema room and games room where used by the children ages 7-16 and never complained once that they were bored due to the amount of facilities they had to keep them exploring , playing games together and just chilling together. My little nephew (7) said ‘every single second was the best time he had had with his cousins. I LOVED it!’

We had a lovely stay at the Eden Bay Retreat.
From the start the communication was great, having the online guide which could be shared with the group was brilliant and meant that, as the booker, I could share the information and wasn't being asked questions every 2 minutes. We had a group of 19 which were easily accommodated, and there was plenty of space for our family to socialise within the many communal areas, including the kitchen, living rooms, cinema rooms and games room. The property is tastefully decorated with plenty of amenities to ensure that you have a great stay. The views from the sea front rooms are fantastic. Our family had a brilliant time and everyone mentioned how nice the property is. Thanks.

Great property with lots of space for a large group.
Lovely public areas and comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped and when we arrived the property was clean and smelled great. The advance information was very helpful, clear and detailed. All in all an excellent property!

Very well equipped house.
Suitable for all ages except that toddlers need shepherding on the stairs. Nice rooms. Lots of bathrooms. Parking is easy on street. Very comfortable. Our party of 20 had a great time. Lovely views at the front. Morecambe facilities a short walk away, including a sea front playground.

Went for my son’s 30th celebrations either friends & family, great facilities, short of nothing in the kitchen etc. Not a bad word from anybody about the property, only minor gripe was how many steps! But you certainly get your steps in. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at Eden view in the last week of the school holidays, for my mums birthday.
We were 8 adults and 9 children, our party ranged from age 2-66! The house was amazing and had everything we needed and more! There was plenty of space for group, family and quiet time. My mum (who is very particular) was thrilled with the level of cleanliness and my dad fell in love with the kitchen space! The sea and sunset views from the front rooms were especially lovely. The teens managed to lock their devices in a bedroom over the bank holiday weekend, this was sorted quickly and efficiently with no fuss by handy man Dave - their new hero! The local area surpassed our expectations with plenty to do for all ages, we had great weather for four days and ok weather with a bit of rain for the last three. This really is a great property for a big gathering.

It was lovely, clean and incredibly well stocked. We were able to arrive early and leave late. The instructions and guide were really informative and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and shared spaces, open inviting and have beautiful views.

My family have had the most amazing stay at Eden Bay.
The property was so lovely and spacious and the views were beautiful. We have never been to such a clean, tidy and well stocked accommodation. The room layouts were perfect for us as there was 5 separate families staying. Elliot the owner was very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Eden bay retreat was a great staycation accommodation, Elliot did a great job communicating before the stay and providing all the information we needed for the weekend.

The Eden Bay Retreat is a first class, well presented property, you will find you are well catered for from kitchenwares to cocktail kits etc, be mindful thou it is town house there are few stairs to climb!

We had a great family long weekend at Eden Bay Retreat.
Perfect location right by the sea, lovely accommodation and only a short walk to all amenities of Morecambe. We used it as a base for Cartmel races - 45 minute drive, so perfect for visiting the lakes. My only request would be clearer information on recycling (every council has different system of what has to be separated and what they will recycle, do/don’t bag it) and you have a house full of 20 people doing 5 different things.

Regarding your note on recycling, we use a private waste collection service that manages sorting at the depot, which is why there’s no need for guests to separate items. We chose this property for our Daughters 40th birthday 15 adults 4 children and 2 dogs .
There was ample space for everyone the place felt like you had your own hotel with the 11 bedrooms . Our Daughter stayed in room 6 the view was amazing. All of the bedrooms were clean tidy and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious enough to cook for everyone. The weather was amazing so we were able to go along the seafront which was lovely and visit the little fair with the kids they loved it ! The house and the area catered for the whole of our group and everyone enjoyed their stay .

I hired Eden Bay Retreat so I could spend my 40th birthday with all my close family. There were 16 of us and we were very comfortable. The views from the house were beautiful across the sea, we could see the Cumbrian mountains. The place was well equipped for large groups and beautifully decorated. A brilliant property for a large family gathering.
Well situated within walking distance of parks, pubs and restaurants. The view from the front windows is wonderful. The house itself is very well equipped and is beautifully presented. Our youngsters loved the games and cinema rooms which meant that the adults were happy too! Highly recommended if you are fit enough for the 5 floors!

I have just come back from Eden Bay Retreat, staying with 13 friends and what a brilliant house.
It is big, with two wonderful lounges to relax in and a fantastic, modern kitchen will all appliances / accessories you would have in your own house, which meant cooking was a breeze. The house is tastefully decorated throughout and many of the rooms are en-suite - they are all lovely with comfy beds. The dining area, where we spent a lot of time, has great views of Morecambe Bay, with the beach directly across the road (as do a few of the bedrooms and one of the lounges). The hosts were also fantastic, giving me a courtesy call a week or so out to provide all key information and answer some questions I had. They were attentive and responsive on text at all times throughout my stay. If you're a big group, or even a company looking for a 'less-corporate' away day setting for 13-14 people, I would highly recommend this property.

We stayed for the long Easter weekend, 5 families with teenagers.
It’s a great house, room for everyone, clean and welcoming, easy to find and including everything in the kitchen we needed to cook a huge Easter lunch. The downstairs games room and cinema room kept the teenagers entertained in the evenings whilst the adults were able to find our own space in the lounge or dining room. A great fish and chip shop down the road for the first night, park in one direction, fairground rides in the other, shops nearby and even a welcoming church for Easter Sunday round the corner. Asda delivery for the stuff we couldn’t fit into the car. Thanks to Elliot and Ruth for the welcome call, online information guide and welcome basket!

An ideal property for our annual family get together.
Great location just outside the town but within easy walking distance along the promenade and also to Happy Mount Park which is ideal for the kids. The property is just how the photos show on the website. Lovely views from room 6 and also the dining room. All the bedrooms were clean and very comfy beds. There are lots of stairs but tbh as the kitchen and dining room are on the same floor and the living room on another there is only 1 flight of stairs to use mainly. Also there are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor so the elderly members of our family were happy to use them. The cinema room was amazing for our teenagers. Thank you to the owners for the contact before and after our visit. We would happily recommend and would definitely return.

Fabulous property in a brilliant location.
The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We had 10 adults and 7 children, and there was lots of space for everyone to do there own thing or plenty of big rooms for everyone to be together.The information we were sent before we arrived was far more than any we had previously been sent and was very useful. The house is amazing with the most fabulous views. All the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could possibly need and is of a fantastic size. The cinema and games room are ideal for anyone needing some entertainment. The owners were brilliant at all times, responding very quickly and efficiently to our queries as well as sending all relevant information via an e- guide I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it here, it really was worth every single penny. The house is fully equipped with everything required for a pleasant stay.
We stayed for a week along with our four daughters, their partners, seven grandchildren and two friends. The house could accommodate all without feeling crowded. Superb views of the bay and Lake District from lounge, dining room and some of the bedrooms. Great facilities in basement to keep younger members of the family happy. I would definitely recommend for larger parties with an ideal location. A fantastic time had by all.

We had a great stay, and the building was perfect for our group, which comprised of a number of families with kids from 9- 14.
They loved the games room and cinema, and we loved the peace and quiet of the 'adult lounge'. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking equipment, plates and glasses etc. and there was adequate parking for our four vehicles. All in all a great place to stay if you have a large group.

We came to spend Christmas as a whole entire family and when I say this was one of the best christmases ever!

What a lovely place to spend a weekend.
... Our Christmas treat for our children and theirs... 17 of us had lots of space plenty of cooking equipment for making a big dinner with plenty of space to sit and eat it altogether.. We had a wonderful time, the games room and cinema were well used...but Eden Bay is not the place for the infirm!!!!, lots of stairs especially if you leave something in the basement and you're in bedroom 10..

As a family of 4 generations we found our stay at Eden Bay Retreat perfect.
The house its self is so well equipped, from the games and cinema room for the younger ones, the cosy lounge for grandparents with its own tea and coffee station, lovely bedrooms to suit all ages, the fittest and youngest at the top of the house and the oldies on the ground floor. And my favourite room the kitchen, which had every thing you could possibly wish for. We enjoyed our stay so much no one wanted to leave. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

The property was spotless and extremely well organised.
It was really helpful to have the digital guidebook sent before our stay and labels on shelves so we could replace pots and glasses in the correct places. The whole house was decorated and furnished to a very high standard. As a group of 5 families there was lots of space for both the adults and children to be more than comfortable. The property owners contacted us both before and after our stay to ensure we had a great time. A lovely little extra touch. We have already booked again for next year!

We had a fantastic stay.
The property was amazing. Very well equipped. There was everything you needed. Very spacious. The family loved the games room & the cinema room. Beautiful views of the sea/beach. Plenty of parking spaces. Communication from the owner was 10 put of 10. We will definitely return to this amazing property.

This is a gem of a place.
It is only a short walk into the town, so the location is excellent. There is room for 4 cars at the rear and plenty of on-road parking with the option of carpark at the rear of the accommodation. The views from the front facing rooms are outstanding and having breakfast in the superior room whilst looking across the bay into the Lake District was heavenly. The owners have obviously invested a lot of money in the place, and every room is decorated to an exceptionally high standard. The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil and device you will need. They have an amazing games room and cinema room that you could end up spending hours in and a fantastic dining room that can be used as focal point for any group gathering. The host contacted me before we arrived and made sure that we had all of the info we would need to make our stay enjoyable and hassle free. He then sent us an electronic guide which I thought was a really good idea. We had a fantastic weekend there and my only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. If you are reading this, and are in any doubt...book it! You will not regret it.

We booked this property for our large group of 20 people and what a great find it was!
The property is very tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. Everything we could have possibly wanted was available in the house. The kitchen was very well stocked for the amount of people we were and our hosts left us some treats to enjoy, so kind and thoughtful. The bedrooms were a great size, some with spacious en suites. Beds were extremely comfy. The large utility kitchen with a washer and dryer was excellent especially when we returned from the beach or from a day out in the lakes. The shared living spaces were fantastic especially the cinema and games room, our younger ones really enjoyed spending time there. Our hosts were very helpful, checking in with us a week before we stayed and then on the day too, making sure it all ran smoothly. We would love to stay here again and can't recommend Eden Bay retreat enough. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, wishing you all the very best and hopefully see you again soon! ❤️

The property was absolutely fabulous!
Everything was really clean and spacious, the large rooms allowed for us all to gather and there was also plenty of room to do separate activities. The kitchen had all of the necessary amenities, cutlery, dishes etc which made cooking very easy. The sunset views were stunning and everyone was absolutely thrilled by their stay. We'd happily come back!

Amazing Property & fantastic location just a stones throw from the beach.
The home is beautifully presented. Games rooms was great adults and the kids loved it. Convenient parking at the rear. Weather wasn't great during our short stay, but we all were able to keep entertained within the home. Host was very informative, and checking in detail were easy to follow. Really well thought out property layout.

The property is fantastic and the pictures do not do justice.
Spread over 5 floors, with very well thought through furniture and decoration, super clean, this is a truly a hidden gem for any big group. The kitchen and the dining area are fully furnished with more than everything that one would need. Due to the layout, there is enough space, both for the entire group to hangout together or have privacy as smaller groups when needed. We absolutely lovely enjoyed our stay at Eden Bay Retreat as a group of 14 plus a dog and would love to get back here. The sunset from the windows was one that I can never forget.

The best property we have rented by a country mile.
The booking was for 10 people and there was sufficient room for double that figure. The sea front location is exquisite with free parking for 4 cars at the rear and plenty of space for free parking at the front as well. Kids and adults loved the games room and the cinema room was in full use every evening. A large well equipped kitchen and a dining room that seats around 20 people make this holiday let ideal. The place is absolutely spotless and also with free WiFi which is a handy bonus. We could not find any fault with the property at all. It’s ideally located with a short walk to the centre of Morecambe and a slightly longer walk to the delights of Happy Mount Park.

We booked this property with blind faith as it had a suitable number of rooms to accommodate our large group despite me not reading the reviews at the time of booking.
Our faith definitely paid out as we had a wonderful time based on the presence of all required amenities in the kitchen, the dining area and well furnished ensuite rooms. To add to that, we were spoiled with large living room and separate games room equipped with games and audio visual facilities. The cinema room was so cosy that I found myself snoozing at one point. In addition, the location affords prime access to the marvellous lake district which was the highlight of our stay. And lastly, Elliott and Ruth were great host. Thy made sure all our questions were answered right on time and Thank you for the welcome goodies left in the kitchen.

A Perfect Base for Lake District Exploration!
Property was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Appliances were high end and quality with even an air fryer available too! No issues with the Wifi either, great coverage and speeds. Views were beautiful from the property looking over Morecambe Bay with the Lake District visible in the horizon. Local area had everything, plenty of places to eat out and supermarkets a few minutes drive away. Easy access to the main M6 motorway and only half hour away from the Lakes. Thoroughly recommended staying here. Many thanks to our host who maintained excellent communications with us and made sure everything was in order. Hope to be back again someday.

This property is the most spotlessly clean and well organised property we've ever stayed in.
Every room is lovely and some have big bay windows with a view of the beach. There's everything in the kitchen you would need and it's all labelled, so you know where to put everything back. The cinema room is a great touch and absolutely fantastic, so is the games room. There was a lovely welcome gift of biscuits and lolly pops left for the children, which I think was a nice touch. The communication is fantastic, and the digital guide provided by the owners is brilliant, you cam look where to go before you get there, see the layout of the area, restaurants, layout of the house, you name it. I'd recommend anyone to stay here, it's a wonderful property. There weren't any complaints at all, or tips for improvements....and there were 13 of us! 5 stars from us!

Absolutely loved this house.
Was booked for my mums 70th birthday. She herself and the rest of the family was amazed at how lovely it was. Beautifully clean, comfortable and in a great location. The younger adults and children made use of the games and cinema room downstairs and enjoyed their own space. The kitchen was extremely clean and had plenty of dining equipment etc. Bedrooms were lovely and smelt divine. I would highly recommend booking here.

Absolutely amazing place.
All of us were actually shocked at how large, clean and accommodating the house was. There is plenty to do in the house with the games room and cinema and the beach is on the front door step. Elliot the owner is absolutely lovely and is happy to help with anything if you so need. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is an absolute steal and a perfect holiday. 11/10 on every single pointer.

This house is absolutely amazing!
The pictures don’t do it justice. We booked here last minute as a group of 18 and a dog and were the first group to stay here. The house is over 5 floors so be prepared for some exercise! The house has everything you need and more, the kitchen is extremely well equipped and there are tea/coffee making stations on other floors too which save your legs! The views across the bay are beautiful and there are plenty of rooms to sit and admire it. The children spent most of their time in the game and cinema rooms which are in the basement and out of the way so everyone else can relax on the higher floors! The owners have done a fabulous job on this property and we hope to come back one day as we had the best weekend.
