    “The farmhouse far exceeded our expectations.”

    It is a beautiful large comfortable well equipped property. I could not pick a single fault with our 7 night stay. We will definately be returning during the warmer months when we can benifit from the huge garden and surrounding countryside walks.

We had a couple of issues but I would like to thank Niki the housekeeper for dealing with our calls and text so efficiently. She could not do enough for us and this was duly noted and much appreciated.

The property

Situated conveniently between the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District National Park, this stunning four-bedroom detached house in the village of Wharton near to Kirkby Stephen makes an ideal base for a large family to explore the region.

The entrance hallway leads through to a selection of rooms, complete with everything you need to relax in style, from a one-of-a-kind kitchen to a heart-warming lounge.
