The house was fabulous and just the right size for 9 people.

It was well-maintained to a very good standard and had all the necessary facilities. We loved that there was a welcome-tray waiting for us with goodies on - that was very thoughtful - and we also loved the fact that there were lots of board games etc. It was all very clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. Thank you very much for your email before the stay, which was really informative. All in all, a lovely house in a great location!! If I had any negative comments, just to mention that the handle kept sticking, on one of the toilets, thus making it not always flushable. And I did have to temporarily unplug some of the plug-in air fresheners as the smell wasn’t great and was quite overpowering, but maybe that was just me, because no one else seemed to notice! Other than that, all was good and we had a really wonderful stay. One very small note which is just an observation from my mother in law (not a criticism in any way - merely an observation) - we wondered if there would be room under the stairs for a downstairs toilet - that would be really handy for people like my mother in law who struggle with stairs. A fabulous house and a fabulous stay - thank you so much.

We stayed for two nights and had a fantastic time.

The owners were very responsive to a few questions we had and they had prepared some great info about the local area. Highly recommended!
