The property

Resting in the picturesque countryside fields of the owner's working farm, on the outskirts of Todmorden, is this delightful barn conversion.

A stone’s throw away from the property is a lake, perfectly placed for those interested in fishing and sailing, or a variety of other water sporting activities.

Travel towards Bridestones Moor, a popular hiking trail resting 1,400 feet above sea level and is ideal for those keen walkers among you, boasting far-reaching country views.

Hardcastle Crags rests in a wooded Pennine area, owned by the National Trust with plenty of woodland trails for walking and cycling opportunities, with an on-site cafe if you fancy a spot of lunch.

The market town of Todmorden has an array of traditional Yorkshire pubs offering fine food and real ale, and a number of eateries serving a range of cuisines, as well as many independent shops and supermarkets to explore.

Todmorden is a market town in the area of Calderdale, just under 5 miles from the popular destination of Hebden Bridge, in the middle of wonderful scenery provided by the three valleys which surround it, and which offer great opportunities for walking, cycling, riding and bird watching. Todmorden has a rich industrial history, and today offers a fine selection of cafes, shops and pubs. Just a few miles away, Hebden Bridge is a quirky town with a relaxed air, and further amenities. From here it is easy to head over the moors to Haworth where the splendid Parsonage Museum commemorates the famous Bronte family who lived there.
