Great location, close to the centre, the property was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay.

What a wonderful week we had at Bella vita!

! Location was wonderful and apartment was very clean and tidy. Irene checked in on us mid week to make sure everything was OK . Would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and dogs are welcome too!!!

Bella Vita, couldn't be neater!

A short walk from historic Lord Street this spacious 2 bedroom apartment is ideal. Comfortable and homely. Decorated tastefully with comfortable sofas in the open plan kitchen / living room. The property is not overlooked so there is complete privacy. Everything that you could need for your stay is provided. Our cat in particular loved the fully enclosed yard although you would need to supervise a pet if it could jump the 6 foot fence.

Property was comfortable and well equipped and Irene was the perfect host with a great balance between being really helpful but not intrusive.

Bus stop almost directly outside property to Lord Street which was great for us and two takeaways next door and a lovely pub less than 5 minutes walk away. Property was immaculately clean and a real home from home as Irene had thought of everything

Bella Vita was a great find.

Excellently situated near Southport town centre, very handy for shops, bars and the station. The apartment is very comfortable and well set out. Irene was a great host, and the milk in the fridge and mince pies on our arrival were a very nice touch. Having an allocated parking space was also a real bonus.

Accommodation was spacious, clean and well equiped with all we needed.

Outside space a real bonus if a little noisy when the Chinese (we had one very nice and really good value|) was open. Brilliant position

On the first time of seeing the property we were presently surprised until we tried the television we couldn’t get bbc 1/2 itv3/4/5 Then we tried the Shower and couldn’t get that to work either good job there was a bath, On the positive side it was close to the shops and restaurants and the Weather was good oh and the tap in the kitchen needs attention Regards Dave Tasker

This apartment is so comfortable, clean and in a great location, a quiet place to sit and relax and read a book, the beds were lovely and comfortable, the outside area was so clean and well tended to, a home from home close enough to walk into town, a level walk too making it a gentle comfortable stroll , a general dealers shop near for anything we needed. The mount pleasant a good pub and a nice place to eat and two takeaways right on the doorstep which were great. We had 5 days and we only touched the surface of the area, Irene is a lovely lady, so helpful and the information on the area she gave us was much appreciated. I cannot thank her enough and we will definitely return here again and go a little further afield as Southport and the people were friendly. All in all a great break!

Nice home from home cottage.

It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ideally situated for visiting Southport and surrounding areas. Irene the owner is a friendly and likeable person. Would recommend this property.

This is a very convenient apartment, a short walk into the centre of Southport.

It is nicely decorated and clean, and it is good to have off road parking. Southport is a nice area, with great shops and food places. Don't miss Hesketh Park and the Botanical Gardens. Liverpool is convenient from Southport for visits, lots to do there.

The flat was lovely.

The location was perfect. 3 takeaway next door,a pub and a shop across the road and town centre 10 min walk away. The flat was decorated lovely and had everything we needed.

Great accommodation and excellent location, easy walking distance to the town centre. The off road parking is a great bonus. I'm sure we will visit again.

Bella Vita cannot be recommended highly enough, a really well equipped, beautifully furnished home from home with many little touches that make it a pleasure to holiday there.

Comfy bed. Great weather for our stay . Short walk to Lord St , or bus stop close by if you don’t want to walk .Ate out all the time plenty of places to eat and drink with our dog . I would recommend to friends and would stay again.

This is our third time at Bella Vita and the apartment was just as clean and comfortable as before.

It is perfect for trips and walks around the Southport area.

The most comfortable, clean and well equipped property we have been in. The location is great just close enough to the centre of Southport for a nice walk. The owner Irene is lovely and very welcoming. Almost forgot the welcome pack which even had a treat for Toby the dog. Hope to visit again next year x

A very nice property close to Lordstreet where you find many shops, pubs and restaurants.

Two pubs, a fine take away restaurant (Sahara) and a off licensr Supermarkt are reachable within a few steps. Irene, the owner of the property, is a nice lady, who warmely welcomed us when we arrived. She also made a nice welcome pack with coffee, tea and a chocolate cake. The property is very clean and foreseen with everything you need. If we return to Southport we will definitely stay again at Bella Vita. Thanks a lot for everything, Irene

What a lovely homely flat.

Very comfortable. Nice outdoor patio all enclosed so safe for our Charlie (cockapoo) Irene the owner left us a very nice welcome pack. There is your own of the road parking space. We would definitely recommend and book it again.

Very clean, comfortable, well equipped and handy for everywhere in the Southport area. The owner Irene called to see us to make sure all was OK, which really good of her. The welcome pack much appreciated. We really hope to be back next year.

Bella Vita is a beautiful place, as soon as you step in you instantly say wow.

Much bigger than we was expecting. Everything we needed to cook & clean was there, beds are so comfortable, I slept like baby. Garden is a sun spot & wonderfully quiet. I would definitely stay again & advise all who is looking for a perfect place to stay to choose Bella Vita

Only slight grumble, quite a walk to the sea. More dog friendly than Sykes catalogue- blankets provided for all seating areas! Would use again.

We (and the dogs) had a lovely time.

Loved the apartment it was warm and very comfortable ,especially due to the cold weather .

All the equipment was available lovely crockery and glass ware too .Only issue was with the tv , spoke with Irene seems work had been going on ,on the roof . But managed with the channels we were able to get. Had a relaxing week didn't cook all week , Chinese next door excellent .

Very comfortable and we had quite a long stay due to our house being refurbished and the owner came weekly to provide us with clean bed linen and towels

Had a great stay here, very comfortable.

Only a 10 minute walk to town centre and less than a minutes walk to local shop, pub, bus stop and Chinese takeaway.

A fabulous find, very clean and comfortable accommodation, sun trap patio,ideal location, not far from town and easy access to the sea front, the proprietor Irene was an excellent host, she had left us a welcome pack, visited us twice to make sure everything thing was fine, we will certainly be returning

bus service is brilliant both sides of the road outside of the flat to go in Southport town centre . enjoyed 7days holiday also Southport is dog friendly.

We had a wonderful break away at Bella Vita.

Irene, the owner, was so helpful and friendly and ensured we were comfortable and warm throughout our visit. The apartment was clean and tidy and ideal for me, my 93 year old Mum and my little dog, Jess. It was near to all facilities without being on top of them. This was our 2nd visit to Bella Vita.

It is like going home. It is very comfortable and close to all amenities. The host Irene is brilliant. Any problem with anything, she is there straight away. She always provides a welcome pack which is very appreciated. We hope to visit again sometime in the future

Very convenient for the centre of Southport.

Access is all on one level on the ground floor, close to the parking place. The large lounge is very comfortable and it is "green" as the heat is supplied by an air heat pump. We will be back.

Stayed for a week here, just me and my elderly mum, everything on ground level which was great, I couldn't have picked a better apartment to stay in, very comfortable throughout it's clean and spacious much bigger then the photo's shown online, easy enough to get into southport and back we used taxis every day, and thankyou to Irene the host, the welcome pack very much appreciated, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next time I'm coming to southport again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bella Vita.

The flat was just lovely, very comfy and roomy, always nice and warm. I was a bit concerned with parking when we arrived, but soon got used to it so not a problem. Irene was the best host, left a welcome basket and even a little something for my birthday, so thoughtful. Really liked Southport, especially Lord Street, first visit to the area. Would highly recommend all round.

The property was just like it showed on the internet.

It was very spacious, clean and very comfortable. There was everything we needed, but never having used Sykes Cottages before I didn’t know what to expect or what to take with me, but I didn’t need to take anything. The lady, Irene who looked after the flat was very helpful. Parking was good, and it was very central for everything. Would certainly recommend it to friends & family, and certainly go there again in the future.

We had the most enjoyable stay at Bella Vita , it is very well situated in the centre of town, very convenient to all amenities.

The Apartment is very comfortable and warm, being in ground level, it was so helpful for my husband who is not very stable on his feet ,my two dogs

Irene, the owner, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond sorting out a minor problem I had on arrival. The facilities in the flat were outstanding. The kitchen was really well equipped. The lounge area very comfortable and tv and broadband all worked really well. Beds extremely comfortable too and shower easy to control and lovely and hot. The location is great too, being very handy for the town centre and within walking distance of shops/pubs. All in all a great place to stay and my dogs were made very welcome too with treats and bowls provided as well as a very useful welcome pack for me too

Loved our stay here.

The lounge is very spacious and supremely comfortable. Irene is a great hostess. Great parking which was big enough for our Transit Van. The station and town centre is a ten-minute walk away. The bedrooms are a good size and quiet. Southport is a lovely old Victorian seaside resort with a huge beach and pier. The pier train was running even in mid-January. The property is heated by a heat pump, very green! We visited family and friends and watched a football match at Anfield. We will be returning.
