Very comfortable and spotless accommodation with everything you may need plus plenty of storage space.

Additional sitting area with sun beds was very welcome. Sunsets were lovely. Friendly host living alongside but rarely saw. No problems at all and would recommend.

We couldn't stop looking at the sea view from the lounge and bedroom windows. Also watching the amazing sunsets. A very nice touch by the owners was that they left Eric and Ernie's autobiography (which I read and throughly enjoyed) together with lots of leaflets/information about the area. We visited Lancaster Castle (tour), walked into Morecambe several times, visited the Winter Gardens but sadly missed out on a tour of the building. Went to the Lakeland Motor Museum (well worth a visit) on the way back we visited Grange over Sands, very quaint place. We can highly recommend this stunning annexe and area.

Very clean and well maintained property.

All the kitchen equipment you would need including a washing machine that wasn’t listed. Location was near the main road but far enough away so traffic noise wasn’t a problem. Both Heysham and Morecambe close and local shops a short stroll away. The view across Morecambe Bay, particularly at sunset was superb. Hosts very welcoming. Would return if in the area.

Superb sunsets overlooking the bay. Comfortable accommodation with top quality facilities. Good location for all area shops, restaurants and pubs etc. Warm and cosy with a very comfortable king size bed and hot shower

A well appointed annexe.

Welcome pack was good. Fantastic views from the bay window showing Morecambe bay and Heysham. The sunsets were wonderful. The annexe was within local distance for the shops and the pub. The Indian restaurant served a great meal as a takeaway. The hosts were very welcoming.

This was our second visit to the "Annexe".

This holiday home ticks all the boxes. Very high standard of cleanliness, lovely comfortable beds and high quality bedding and towels. Shops nearby and bus stop into the town. Lovely hosts, Steph and Sheena always ready to help or answer questions but not intrusive. Looking forward to a return visit next year.

The Annexe was a real find and 10/10, very comfortable, warm and had everything we needed.

The photographs don't do the sea view justice and the sunsets were amazing. We walked a lot and got the bus to Lancaster one day which was very handy and meant we didn't use our car at all. The owners where very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely stay again.

A very cosy, clean and warm welcome to the annexe, with outstanding views across the bay, and fabulous sunsets. The welcome pack of snacks, wine and milk was very thoughtful, as was providing tea, coffee and sugar. The 'front' bedroom is bright, warm and has sea views. The 'back' bedroom is darker and cooler, so was my choice, as a light sleeper. Very comfortable, well appointed rooms, a lovely shower room and kitchen diner were all lovely and clean, with everything feeling new. The garden/drying space is shared, which was never a problem, and I enjoyed listening to the wren singing in the morning. Despite being near the main Heysham Road, you can't hear it, and the garden is a lovely, sunny and quiet space to relax. Lots of places to visit within a short or reasonable drive, and some good rail links to Carnforth, Silverdale and Lake District et al. We really enjoyed staying in the annexe, and would not hesitate to book again. High praise, as I am fussy about cleanliness and comfort.

Wonderful owners, welcoming without being intrusive.

No ‘Good Housekeeping’ threat, I mean Bond. We left the Annexe as perfect as we found it.! Everything about this property is comfort and quality. The vista is amazing, uninterrupted view of the bay. Garden furniture including loungers. The pictures clearly show high chairs at the breakfast bar. Don’t be put off, I ate using the sofa and coffee table. A very comfortable sofa indeed. Shops, take aways and a pub just up the road. Would we stay here again, you bet we would !

Beautiful cottage in a magical location.

Possibly the best view in Morecombe. Cottage is very nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. Appreciated the welcome wine, cookies etc! Don't forget to say Hi to the ponies over the garden wall.

The Annexe is lovely. Beautifully decorated throughout Very comfortable. Facilities excellent. Wonderful view from the garden over Morecambe Bay. Would definitely book again in the future.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this exceptionally comfortable, high quality quiet detached bungalow set in the friendly, but not intrusive owners garden, looking out to sea.

Ideally located in cul de sac location,with a 10 minute walk along the prom to Heysham Village or 45 minutes to Morecambe. Local convenience stores, takeaways , places to eat within easy walking distance. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful holiday at the Annex.

Comfort and cleanliness. Beds devine and sunsets amazing. Although owners lived next door we could have been in solitude. If we are ever around the area again we hope The Annex will be available, if not we will wait until it is. Absolutely perfect.

The annexe was extremely comfortable, probably the most comfortable holiday accommodation that we've stayed in.

All of the facilities were 1st class, well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area. Bedrooms were well equipped with plenty of hanging spaces for clothes bed was comfortable. The shower was perfect, the shower cubicle was spacious and the temperature of the water was perfect. The views over the bay was special, we saw some lovely sunsets. I would recommend the annexe, the owners were friendly and helpful.

Seating at breakfast bar awkward. Really clean, beds very comfortable. Good shower. Shame we were ill, and had to leave early.

Enjoyed our stay with walks into Heysham old village and the Morecambe promenade. A good location for visiting the area. Local shops a bonus and the views across the bay are stunning with fab sunsets. Thanks again to our ‘hosts’.

The property was extremely clean and well equipped.

Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. A large patio area was provided for our use and the view and sunsets made our holiday complete.

We had a lovely time at the annexe.

Peaceful and with lovely views, access to the promenade. Local shops if we didn’t feel like cooking or didn’t want to stray too far. Morecambe and Lancaster close by for exploring. Perfect holiday home for a week of relaxing.
