We absolutely loved it. We always come to white cross bay. And have stayed in some amazing lodges but this one is by far our fave. Can't wait to come back. The owner was so lovely too..

  • "Amazing lodge, wonderful position on park."

Sofas and beds really comfortable and bedding and towels lovely and clean. Stayed here before and this is why we came back. Could have been cleaned better by the cleaners as it was not to the standard when we first stayed. Not sure if new cleaners employed? Will definitely return as overall a fabulous stay :-)

  • "Lodge was amazing."

Beds very comfortable. Extremely well fitted out in terms of equipment. Central heating worked perfectly (not used much as weather great), plenty hot water when needed. External decking was brilliant and allowed our two kids to play safely. Sited near to the marina. Park very well maintained and great facilities. We will be back.

Keith, Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay at the lodge and found it so well-equipped and comfortable. It’s great to know that the central heating and hot water met your needs, even though the lovely weather meant you didn’t need the heating much! We're especially delighted that the external decking provided a safe and enjoyable space for your children to play. Your kind words mean a lot to us and we’re so pleased to hear that you’ll be returning. We look forward to welcoming you back for another fantastic stay! Property Owner

  • "Cosy lodge with good view of the lake, comfy beds and all you need for a relaxing break."

Our host Emma cleared up the small snags that occurred during our stay. Really enjoyed our break.

Thank you so much for your lovely review Kathleen! We’re delighted as always to get such good feedback and to hear that you found the lodge cosy and enjoyed the beautiful lake view. It's great to know that the beds were comfortable. The same day change in guest meant we had little time to source on unusual shape loo seat quickly, and the special order took longer than we had liked but we certainly appreciated your support in using the other toilet, its always frustrating when guest don't inform us of damages for them to be discovered upon departure as its gives us little time to rectify. However that said we are so so glad you had a relaxing break and look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Property Owner

  • "This is a beautiful lodge in a lovely location."

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. The whole lodge is really well equipped, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, and lots of thoughtful extras like picnic bag and blanket and toys etc. All the furnishings and bedding are really good quality and everything felt quite luxurious. The decked area has a nice big table and chairs and it's such a nice peaceful setting overlooking the lake. Great location too for getting out and about.

Rebecca, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such complimentary feedback. We have worked hard to ensure we tried to make the lodge home from home meaning less packing and planning for our guests. We hope to expand the additional extras as we progress. Its great to hear the luxury bedding did its jobs and you all had a great stay! We hope to welcome you back soon. Emma and Jonathan Property Owner
