The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for larger numbers, supported by a useful utility room that adds extra practicality during your stay.
Sleeping arrangements are spread across seven attractively furnished bedrooms, each benefitting from its own TV, allowing guests to enjoy privacy and downtime.
Five of the bedrooms feature en-suite facilities, while a ground-floor twin with en-suite is particularly convenient for those who prefer easier access.
A further ground-floor bathroom with a corner bath provides an inviting place to relax after a long walk on the fells.
Outside, guests can make use of an enclosed patio area complete with picnic benches and a barbecue, creating a great spot for outdoor dining during warmer months.

Lovely property in a lovely area within Newlands Valley.
The views are incredible and it's in a nice, quiet area. The property itself is huge and provides plenty of comfortable space for a large party. All rooms are generous in size and most have en-suite bathrooms so great for privacy. Ample parking for 6 cars. Our only small grievance was the BBQ was a bit run down and didn't appear to have been cleaned by previous users so we didn't use it. Would highly recommend for a large party wanting somewhere close to Keswick but far enough away you get the peaceful valley. Will definitely be returning!
