What guests are saying
Absolutely jaw-dropping lodge - far exceeded our expectations.
Tasteful and luxurious decor, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and plenty of space and then some for four adults and two children. The owners had left lots of thoughtful touches such as condiments, pods for the coffee machine, plus even a pullout baby gate if needed to keep little ones in the sleeping ‘quarters’ and out of the kitchen / living area. Nice quiet location on the site near to the lake with lovely decking and outdoor furniture if the weather allows. It rained most of the time we were there but didn’t matter one bit as the lodge was such a joy to hang out in. When we needed to contact the owners (due to a breakage on our part) they were instantly available, kind and helpful. As you can tell, I can’t speak highly enough about this beautiful lodge. A real treat of a place perfect for a special break away.
