Description

Old Chapel House is a stylish, Grade II listed converted chapel, located in the heart of Barnoldswick, Lancashire.

Just paces away from the town's amenities, Old Chapel House offers a well-appointed home, with all of the little luxuries for eight guests, ideal for large families and groups looking to explore the North West.

Park up off-road and take in the character of your new abode.

Step indoors to be impressed by the open-plan living space, complete with marble worktops, a sleek breakfast bar, a fully-integrated kitchen, a dedicated dining area, and plush Chesterfield sofas to relax upon whilst entertaining and socialising.

Continue the conversation outside in your own, enclosed patio area, where you can dine whilst basking in the sunshine until nightfall, toasting to your Lancashire getaway.

Four beautifully-appointed bedrooms await, selecting between a twin (zip/link), a double, a king-size, and a super-king-size with a sleek en-suite shower room; a lovely bathroom and handy cloakroom serve the rest of the bedrooms.

Once you're ready to head into the bustling town, be welcomed by a plethora of restaurants, independent eateries, shops, and cafes, whilst attractions rest near the Yorkshire Dales National Park in Skipton, where you can tour the castle grounds and woods, practise your swing at the local golf club, or follow the Embsay Crag trail, into the national park.

Travel south towards Barley, where avid hikers can climb Pendle Hill or follow the Pendle Sculpture Trail for a family affair, whilst the National Trust site of Gawthorpe Hall is worth visiting on cooler days.

With Ribble Valley and the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty reachable by car, there's plenty to see and do in this beautiful corner of the county, all possible from Old Chapel House.

The Old Chapel is decorated to a high standard, clean, well equipped and comfortable.

It’s an easy stroll into town and local shops. The loaf and milk provided was a nice touch on arrival. Laura the owner is extremely welcoming and is happy to help with any enquiries during your stay. The Old Chapel makes for a most pleasant and relaxing place to spend a holiday.
