We had a lovely stay ay Deer Lodge.

It was quiet and peaceful and made a great base for visiting the surrounding attractions and countryside. The owners of the lodge, Amanda and Craig, were very friendly and welcoming and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay and also were able to give us some tips on places to visit which was very helpful. After our days out we enjoyed visiting the Black Bull for our dinner which is a very short walk from the lodge and offered a warm and friendly atmosphere and very good food. We would definitely recommend Deer Lodge to other travellers.

We had the most gorgeous stay at Deer lodge, Amanda and Craig were fantastic host and just left us to enjoy our stay but were on hand if needed.

The Black Bull is a stones throw away and is a must for Sunday lunch ! We explored Clitheroe and enjoyed a walk around Dinckley down the river. A beautiful stay with fantastic hosts- thank you for the Prosecco and cupcakes- absolutely delicious
