Genuinely best holiday accomodation we have experienced in the UK - spacious well presented, immaculately clean and cosy comfortable.

For a party of 18 (and 1 dog) worked perfectly for long weekend family celebration - age range 74ys to 8mths All enjoyed hot tub, generous dining table conversations, pool table, masses of seated spaces for comfy chats with a very responsive host onsite. Being all fenced-in was perfect for dog care. Restaurant, bar and playground facilities a valuable bonus - and all the Yorkshire Dales to explore

We had a wonderful weekend away celebrating my Dad's surprise 70th Birthday, the house was absolutely perfect for our group - spacious, comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed.

The property was spotlessly clean and had a lovely welcoming atmosphere. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, socialize and enjoy the celebrations all together. The location was beautiful and peaceful making it the ideal setting, we even saw herd of deer on the horizon at sunset from the garden it was absolutely beautiful. The host was fantastic providing clear communication throughout and ensuring everything ran smoothly. We had a little hiccup with the hot tub, Nathan was there within minutes, after a quick phone call. We finished the weekend off at the restaurant on site for Sunday lunch, both the food and service were fabulous. We would highly recommend this property to stay at and due to the proximity to our home we will definitely be visiting the restaurant again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay

We have just returned from an incredible weekend stay in The Barn, and I honestly cannot recommend it highly enough.

There were 17 of us staying for a girls’ weekend, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Nathan was fantastic – so welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Nothing was too much trouble, and he really helped make our stay special. The property itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and finished to a very high standard. It’s perfectly suited for large groups or family gatherings, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. We loved having multiple rooms to choose from, including the games room, cinema room, play room, and comfortable living areas. There was more than enough seating, crockery, and facilities for all 17 of us. The scenery surrounding the property is simply stunning, and the hot tub was already lovely and warm when we arrived, which was the perfect start to our weekend. There’s also a restaurant on-site which has recently opened. We decided to book an evening meal at the last minute, and we’re so glad we did. The food was absolutely gorgeous, and the lovely girls serving us were incredibly kind and attentive. Despite our booking being a last-minute decision, they couldn’t have done more for us. Another great bonus is that there is a second property available to hire which sleeps an additional 14 guests, making it ideal for even larger gatherings. Overall, we had the most fantastic weekend and created memories that we’ll treasure forever. We can’t thank Nathan and his team enough for everything they did to make our stay so enjoyable. Thank you again – we promise we’ll be back!

We loved the accommodation — it was even better than we expected.

The photos really don’t do it justice. The property suited our group perfectly. Our youngest guest was 2 and our eldest was 85, and everyone had a brilliant time. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need. The evening sunset views were amazing, and every night we enjoyed watching a herd of red deer grazing in the field nearby. We did have a couple of issues with the hot tub and mains water supply, but nothing was too much trouble for our hosts, who resolved everything quickly. We would definitely consider booking again in the future.

We stayed at the barn for my grandmas 80th birthday.

The property is beautiful, immaculately clean and well maintained. There was something for everyone, from the hot tub, cinema rooms and pool table to the open spaces to enjoy making family memories. Both Rachel and Nathan were extremely helpful on the run up to our stay. We’ll definitely be back, thank you again

Just WOW!

! We have stayed in lots of holiday properties but this was by far the best. It was obviously brand new but the attention to detail was perfect! It was spotlessly clean and the furnishings were stylish in matching colours. The sofas and beds were large and comfortable. The pool table was a great asset keeping the men busy whilst us girls spent plenty of time in the hot tub and cinema room. It is a place that you can have lots of fun together but it has enough space to chill when needed.

Beautiful house with everything you could possible need.

Everything succeeded our expectations. The house definitely has the WOW factor. Our party all thought the house was amazing and we had a fantastic time.

This property is an absolute gem, it is spacious, and has everything you need.

We had a family celebration here to toast 3 milestone birthdays and the house was perfect, from the large dining table to social kitchen seating and various living room areas to break out into smaller groups was brilliant, not to mention the central pool table and hot tub. Central to some very lovely local sights. Plenty of onsite parking, very highly recommended and we would without a doubt visit again.

We stayed end of January with a group of 15 mixed ages.

The Barn is fantastic, done to a high standard, beds were so comfortable and the hot tub was a lovely start and end to our days , great views and anything we needed it was there and the communication with the owner was great. We cant find a single fault. We will definitely be back .

We had the most wonderful stay at The Barn over Christmas.

Everything was finished to a high standard, and despite its size, the house still felt homely and welcoming. The beautiful kitchen was well equipped and offered plenty of storage. The size and layout made it a great space to socialise while cooking. We loved the cinema room and games room, and made full use of the hot tub! All the bedrooms were spacious with ample storage. The downstairs bedrooms were also really handy for the dog owners in our group. The owner was incredibly welcoming and helpful during our stay. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and we cant wait to return.

This is a stunning property in a great location, The Barn has been finished to a fantastic standard & very spacious, all the bedrooms also very good size, would highly recommended any family to stay here
