What guests are saying

Our stay was absolutely fantastic!

The house itself makes you feel like you’re in a movie, and the main room honestly made us feel like princesses. We found the house in perfect condition. It was really clean and had all the essentials you could possibly need, from spices and cooking essentials to shampoo, shower gel and soap. The top-floor room was our favourite, with beautiful views directly over the sea and the most amazing sunsets. The location was also perfect for exploring the Lake District, with it being around a 1-hour drive depending on which lakes you want to visit. And to top it all off, we got to have a lovely call with the owner, Antoinette, who was simply the cherry on top of the perfect weekend getaway. She was so lovely and really made the whole experience feel even more special. ❤️ Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The house was beautiful, cosy, clean and had such a magical atmosphere. We absolutely loved it and would definitely come back!
