As a family of 4 we stayed in the Walnut Room for a week and were expecting a very much more cramped experience.
Happy to say that the size of the Walnut Room was more than enough for our family. We enjoyed our stay and had everything that we needed. It would be nice if an air fryer or some alternative was available without having to ask, but we didn't actually need it anyway. There are the other expected facilities such as kettle, toaster, microwave and refrigerator. Would thoroughly recommend.
Very comfortable accommodation, welcoming hosts, super bed, jacuzzi, large shower.
No cooking facilities, other than microwave, but good cafe on site and nice pub just down the road. Perfect for aa few days break. No operating instructions for jacuzzi, which had a lot of unmarked controls, or for TV which took a bit of unravelling! Listing did not mention whether there was a fridge or not, checked with help desk which confirmed that there was not one, so took our own portable fridge. Arrived at site and found there was one!
We spent 5 days there .
. we had fabulous time … calm and relaxed.. kids play area , coffee is fantastic… staff need to let people know there is children menu available… other than that everything was great
