Perfect space for me and my pooch in a lovely rural location.

Very quiet, ev charger was a godsend and the owners and their whole family were friendly and helpful throughout. An hours drive gets you to a beautiful beaches, national trust property and woodland walks. Woodhall spa is 30 mins away and worth a visit… or just walk out of the accommodation and there’s the Viking way on the doorstep. We’ll be back for sure!

Great hosts, apartment was very good, and being able to use the electric charger was great as we could charge over night ready for the next day, charge was payable to the hosts at very good rates.

Fairfield Cottage is such a lovely apartment, perfect for couples and our dog.

Everything you could need. Quite remote, so ideal for a quiet getaway but only 10 minutes from Lincoln so perfect for getting around. EV Charger came in handy too!

A lovely base for exploring Lincolnshire, off the beaten track but close to Lincoln.

As we were between house moves we were allowed to park our motorhome there for a few days even after we had left the property.

Perfect first floor dog friendly apartment for two.

Well situated to explore Luncoln and the Wolds. Great to be able to access countryside walks directly from the property. Qwners on hand to deal with any issues (there were none). Cosy and comfortable.

It was a lovely apartment in a beautiful setting.

Proper drawers in the bedside chests would have been useful. Small windows made it feel enclosed.

Lovely well appointed accommodation that was spotlessly clean and equipped well. Brilliant communication with the owner. Ability to charge our electric car made this exceptionally convenient for us.

Fabulous week in a lovely location.

The cottage was as described. It was spotless and Carole and Jon were very welcoming. The wifi was very intermittent, however it didn’t spoil our stay. Thoughtfully, there was a fan provided which was a good thing as it was so hot during our stay. It was nice to relax in the garden during the evening and it was very peaceful.

We can only praise this studio, the construction as an upstairs space utilising the roof space , has been so well converted with thorough insulation, that you can barely hear the rain.

The layout and furnishings make it very comfortable and homely. Plenty of space to park, also areas of space outside, some seats provided, to relax and soak in the total quiet other than the chorus of bird song. Jon and Carole are most amiable hosts, not in your face at the same time most helpful to give support. So convenient for us visiting Lincoln and our family. Thank you. Brian and Christine.

We had the most fantastic stay at Fairfield!

It was exactly what we needed and very pet friendly. The studio is lovely, we were a little concerned about it being too hot given it’s upstairs, however we shouldn’t have worried as there are lots of windows to keep the room cool so we didn’t have an issue. Excellent location and hopefully we will be back! Perfect short break away.
