"We stayed here during the Easter half term holidays."
First impressions of the caravan were good. Great location, quiet and lovely surroundings. The outer decking area needed a bit of a clean and a sweep due to lots of debris and leaves (I also understand this is inevitable being surrounded by trees but I would have expected the decking area to have been swept and clean at least ready for new arrivals). Inside the van was lovely. Clean, spacious and a good layout. We had a great week of weather so spent a lot of time outside. This van also comes with a hot tub which was easy enough to use, again very spacious and a great way to spend an evening surrounded by the sounds of nature. If you're big military plane enthusiasts like us, being so close to RAF Coningsby means you get daily treats of the eurofighter typhoons going over the site throughout the day (apart from weekends) its only a short walk from the van up onto the bank side of the dyke behind the airbase and you can also get to the spotters car park from there too. We had a great week plane spotting and got some awesome photos! We didn't have the passes included in our break as these were at an extra cost and in essence, we didnt need them due to the itinerary of our trip. We found there was plenty for us to do without needing them but you do need passes for swimming, arcades and any other on site activities. On the Wednesday evening we decided to eat out at the pub just off site The Tatershall Lakes Park pub. The food was lovely and would definitely recommend going there. Added bonus its only a 5 minute walk from this caravan! Two little criticisms though. Firstly this property is listed as having WiFi. Unfortunately the van itself does not have WiFi. I had to message the owner as I needed guaranted access on the wednesday of our stay due to work purposes. As it turns out, you have to actually connect to the sites guest WiFi (which isnt the best and you only get 1 day free and any further usage you have to pay for and the prices are very steep!) Phone signal isnt the best around that area of the site either. So if youre travelling with kids and hoping to connect to Netflix, Prime or Disney etc, id look to source different Internet access. The second thing was, limited utilities. There wasn't any frying pan (I had to go out and buy one which ive left the owner to keep in the caravan) there was only one oven tray too. Plenty of crockery and utensils though. Just a heads up to anyone else that does cook meals in the van. Overall though, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely come back again. The location and beauty of the site and wildlife around it made it perfect and enjoyable for us. Thank you to the owner Steph as well for keeping in contact and helping where needed.

"Lovely caravan with everything you need."
Very modern and comfortable. Was nicely positioned so didn’t experience any noise. Wish you could check in a little earlier and out a little later, but apart from that I would definitely recommend.
