  • "Just back from a weeks stay at your property and we had a very relaxing time."

    The chalet was very clean, the beds were comfortable and kitchen has everything you needed for a perfect stay. The sunny veranda is perfect . We have stayed in 2 other properties on Cherry Park but yours is by far the best and will be recommending it to our friends. Hopefully we will be back again. Thanks.

  • "Being in my 70s I found the two sofas a little low to get out of."

    The breakfast bar was fine as there were only 2 of us staying but it might be a little restrictive for a family of 4? Cleanliness was very good and the chalet provided everything we needed for our short stay. Loved the veranda and the park itself was beautifully kept with plenty of open space Also location very good as cafe, fish and chips, small grocery store, pub, bus stop and amusements all easy walking distance. We would happily stay here again. Maybe mention that there are no teatowels? Also it was a little confusing as to which key safe code to use - we had two different ones mentioned on our paperwork! Found the right one after trying the wrong one first.

  • "We had a lovely stay at 99 Cherry Park."

    The chalet was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, even aircon which was needed in this heat we have had. The site itself was lovely and quiet just was was needed on an evening after having busy days. I will definitely book here again and would highly recommend staying here.

  • "Place not cleaned."

    No bed sheets, just mattress topper. Toenail in the bed. Dirty clothes and rubbish from previous guests. When I phoned the help desk for the park they were no help at all, just blaming the person who does handovers. Spent every day of the trip on the phone to Sykes customer relations, no one was able to get a cleaner in for the entire stay, spent a lot of my time chasing the customer relations team to see if there was any progress… still waiting. The vendor, although they insisted the cleaners had been and done the turnover (even after sending multiple photos) - did not hold up their end of the bargain. Ironically, the sign on the park says “luxury chalets” but it was an overpriced stay in someone’s rundown shed. I feel like they are just there to take your cash and leave you feeling frustrated. Do not stay here, i’m expecting a full refund.
