Ratty’s retreat is a delightful, single-storey barn conversion nestled into the Toad Hall Fisheries estate, located in the pretty countryside of Candlesby, near Partney.

This property offers close by walks, off-road parking and private fishing lakes ideal for couples and fishing enthusiasts looking for a getaway to the countryside of Lincolnshire.

Park up beside this welcoming abode and unpack into an open-plan living space with a traditional countryside vibe; here a well-fitted kitchen provides you with a space to cook up a storm, which can be enjoyed at the dining table, afterwards settle into the sitting area and catch up on some reading.

There is a shower room for your refreshment, as well as a family bedroom with a double and single bed.

Outside, spend the morning enjoying coffee in the sunshine as you plan the day ahead of you and take in the lovely countryside views, and there are also on-site fishing lakes which guests can make the most of, as well as countryside walks from your doorstep, ideal for a stroll with your four-legged companion!

Spend a day at the seaside at the bustling town of Skegness, where there is a lovely sandy beach, an aquarium, the Natureland Seal Sanctuary and a golf course, or alternatively, head out into the pretty countryside of the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, visiting sites such as South Ormsby Estate, Red Hill Nature Reserve, and Hubbard's Hills.
