The weather was gorgeous, which made it even more enjoyable. The house was absolutely immaculate, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend it and would happily return in the future.

  • "Fantastic Stay – Would Definitely Return We had a brilliant stay at 21 Anderby Road."

The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived and felt modern, spacious, and very comfortable throughout our stay. The open-plan living area worked really well for our group, giving us plenty of space to cook, eat, and relax together. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the utility room was a useful extra. The beds were comfortable, and having TVs in all the bedrooms was a nice touch. One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub. After spending the day at the beach or exploring the local area, it was lovely to come back and relax in the evening. The garden was well kept and provided plenty of space to sit outside when the weather was good. The location is excellent. The beach is only a short walk away, and we found it really convenient being able to walk to nearby shops, pubs, and cafés. We also used the property as a base for visiting Skegness and other parts of the Lincolnshire coast. The driveway was another bonus, with more than enough room for several cars. Everything felt well looked after, and the property had a welcoming, homely feel rather than feeling like a typical holiday rental. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable coastal getaway. We'd happily stay here again in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
