Set in the charming village of Cranwell and surrounded by the wonderful countryside landscape of Lincolnshire is this beautifully refurbished coach house.

The Coach House provides a wonderful touring base for couples, friends or families to come together to enjoy a relaxing retreat and to explore the surrounding area, filled with an array of things to see and do.

Access to the property is gained via electric gates onto the drive, which is shared with the owner’s period property.

Soak up the stunning scenery of fields and possibly catch a glimpse of the RAF planes passing by, before entering into the heart of the home, the open-plan living room, boasting everything you could need to enjoy a great self-catering experience.

The sleek kitchen boasts all the essentials to cook up a family favourite dish, as well as a modern wine cooler, so that you can pop open something chilled to enjoy at the breakfast bar, whilst dinner simmers on the hob.

Delight in your dish before curling up for the evening upon the plush sofa and tune into the Smart TV or flick on the Bluetooth speaker to play some of your favourite tunes as you relish in some catch-up time with your friends and family.

Once the evening has drawn to a close, find the two sleeping spots located on the ground and first floor, both enjoying elegant furnishings and a refreshing aura to wake up to each morning. The ground-floor bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a sleek en-suite shower room, whilst upstairs there is a double bedroom with an additional double sofa bed, which also has access to its own private shower room.

Continuing to impress is the well-maintained garden area which you can access via the bifold doors.

You will also find an elegant outdoor table and chairs, offering an alternative spot for dining after lighting up the barbecue, with the beautiful countryside setting as your backdrop.

Explore the pretty village of Cranwell, where you will be delighted to find the Willows Country Store and Tea Room that serves afternoon tea and coffee but if you fancy something a little stronger wine, Prosecco and bottled beers is also available.

You can pick up any essentials at the Willows Country Store.

For the evenings where you do not feel like cooking, we highly recommend the Bustard Inn in the beautiful village of Rauceby just over a mile away.

Alternatively, head into the bustling town centre of Sleaford, where you will find a larger selection of places to eat and drink, as well as attraction including taking a walk along the riverbank, visiting the National Centre for Craft & Design or marvel at the 144-foot stone spire of St. Denys' Church.

Other attractions within the area include the historical town of Lincoln which boasts Lincoln Castle built in the 11th Century and marvel at the gothic Cathedral.

Lincoln has plenty of parking, shops, pubs and restaurants and is a definite must during your stay.
