Absolutely gorgeous in every way!
Lovely family who own the barns, very clean and stylish. Nothing seemed too much bother. Milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, dressing gowns were all provided. But most importantly they left us a free bottle of prosecco on ice! Would definitely go back again and would highly recommend. Thank you
Great property for a family break in a lovey part of the UK - extremely clean, modern, comfortable and well-equipped.
Bedrooms great and comfortable. Kitchen super well-equipped. A hot tub - big hit with kids. And the dog loved the garden. Nice to have a log burner in the evening. And easy to get to Woodhall Spa (Sainsburys 10 mins away), Lincoln (30 mins), farm parks, the coast (50 - 60 mins) and many other family- and dog-friendly attractions. I’d call out how extremely clean and well-presented this property is and also how friendly and helpful the hosts are. Our kids enjoyed playing with theirs and are demanding to go back to go in the hot tub and play with Benji the dog. I’d strongly recommend this.
Buzzard Barn was ideal for us, the cottage was situated in a quiet spot with superb views of the countryside.
The cottage itself was spotless on arrival, finished to a high standard and well equipped with a great hot tub. The Royal Oak was just over a 10 minute 0.7 mile walk from the cottage with good selection of draught beers and wine, would highly recommend you try a steak meal
