Delightful accommodation.

Very clean. Nice outside area. Pets very welcome. Would definitely recommend.

Our overall impression of our stay was very good and the owner was very helpful.

It is situated in a very pleasant village and is very dog friendly. The annexe is nicely private with a small enclosed outside sitting area. A few minor points for improvement:- only a very thick duvet which was not suitable for the summer heat. No instructions for microwave oven. Very few leaflets of local tourist attractions, more would be helpful. .

‘Annex’ doesn’t do this lovely home justice.

Both bedroom and bathroom are large, bed comfortable and shower powerful and hot, the sitting room is cosy with space for seating and dinning. Kitchen had everything needed, we rustled up 2 gusto meals we bought with us with no problem. Comfortable, clean and a great base for visiting the surrounding area. Would recommend Southfields Annex

It has everything you need and is dog friendly. Local to the coast. The host is friendly also. We shall stay again .

Very clean and fresh. If I had to pick fault it would be the mattress has seen better days its gone past its best.

Very comfortable and had everything you could want for a lovely holiday break. Local shop, post office.and within a comfortable drive for the coast and lovely towns.

Very comfortable and beautifully decorated throughout. Conveniently located which allowed us to explore the many beautiful beaches and lovely walking trails. Tranquil and private and secure, will definitely recommend and hopefully be back soon. Thank you

Everything you could need for your holiday was there. Comfortable and welcoming and the people around were friendly and helpful. Lovely base for exploring the area. We only spent a few days there this time but my husband is planning for a week next year, so hopefully we will be back to stay at Southfields Annex.

Immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and well equipped, this is lovely comfortable accommodation.

This host was friendly but unobtrusive and we enjoyed our stay very much. Good secure area for dogs and easy parking. Great area for walking or just relaxing in this peaceful spot.

We had a lovely stay at The Annex.

The village was quiet and the people very friendly. The place was spacious, clean, lovely decor., enclosed garden for our dog and even a dog shower. We shall definitely go back at some point.

The owners have thought of everything to make it feel like home from home. Great base to explore the Lincolnshire area. Lovely visit to Louth and Sutton on sea. Hopefully visit again very soon. Thankyou for sharing your little gem.
