What guests are saying
We felt that this property was not quite up to Sykes usual standard.
This may be because this was their first year. The size was good the bedrooms were fine what let it down was the cleanliness of the cooking utensils which we needed to clean prior to use. Also the hoover did not appear to work and the re-chargeable no indication of how to recharge We received the e mail about what to do when leaving when got home. This info should be in the home info pack or sent with the e mail on how to get in. Info about bins needed at this time as one was full when we arrived and was not emptied that week. It was also off putting to see a building site rubble where the cars where parked. We think if these items are sorted then the overall rating would be enhanced
