"We have just returned from a few days away in Daisy cottage and can only say Fab U Lous…."
. Daisy cottage is just perfect. It is really comfortable and cosy. Spotlessly clean. It also had every piece of equipment in the kitchen you may need. There was a lovely welcome pack. Beds were so comfortable and I slept so well. I really didn’t want to come home. A trip to the Royal Oak is a must! The food is to die for.

"Just returned from 9 nights at Daisy Cottage."
We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely comfortable lounge and separate dining room. Loved the sunroom which is ideally placed next to the kitchen. The cottage is extremely well equipped. Very comfortable beds. The enclosed garden was perfect. Fell in love with Scopwick which has numerous dog walking routes.

The rooms are large and spacious but still really cosy . Sofas are so comfy and relaxing .Had everything we needed and more.. the garden was great and secure with a nice outdoor seating area . Everything was spotless. Lovely comfy beds would definetly recommend . Thankyou for the lovely welcome pack it was really generous of you . Can't wait to book again .

We just loved the cottage and it's facilities and the lovely walk along the beck at the back of the cottage to the Royal Oak pub for a lovely family meal.
Hi, thank you so much for your text msg telling us what can be improved. We’ve moved the mirror from the bathroom door so that it no longer moves when the door is opened. We’ll look into getting the blinds repaired in the conservatory in the near future - they do open and close but the strings have come loose. Re the steps at the back of the garden, these will be addressed soon and we’ll make sure all our guests know to be careful. The village of Metheringham sits in the North Kesteven district of Lincolnshire, 10 miles south east of Lincoln. Within the village lies a historical church, St Wilfrid’s, which dates from the 1600s, along with other amenities including a convenience store, a café, a traditional butchers shop and three welcoming pubs.
