If you can tear yourself away, begin your day at Loch Earn, only a short walk through the village from your doorstep, where you can try your hand at a range of watersports including paddleboarding, kayaking, water-skiing and wakeboarding.

Avid golfers can enjoy a round on St Fillans Golf Club, the favourite 9 hole golf course of Sandy Lowes, a popular course with a restaurant.

If you prefer to while away the days in nature, traverse the surrounding mountains of the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park before savouring some hearty fare in the local hotels Achray House, a quick walk along the railway and the Four Seasons hotel.
