The property is situated in a very central location, the Old Town.

It is a compact but very well appointed house, homely and very clean..The owners of the property making it a happy place , with welcoming details. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would hope to come back.

No "Herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically", but that apart, a very comfortable cottage in a great location.

My wife and I were impressed with the cleanliness, and the amount of storage space for cases and clothing, thanks to the dressing room. Cottage would work fine for four people. Kitchen had all the equipment we needed and the welcome pack provided by the owners was a nice touch. The bedroom was spacious and though we'd prefer a firmer mattress, we slept well. Bathroom had instant and copious hot water. The lounge (seemed bigger than the photos suggest) was comfortable with a large interference-free TV with Prime & Netflix access. The whole cottage was nicely decorated with pieces from Barmouth's 'Pieces For Places'. Parking with permit provided was only a short walk away, and we managed to get parked at the bottom of the passageway to load and unload our belongings. We could thoroughly recommend the cottage for a value for money stay in Barmouth

Beautiful, clean cottage.

Perfectly situated, tucked away just off the High Street. Very quiet but right next to the pubs and restaurants. The bread, milk and eggs were most welcome when we arrived. The town is lovely and the cottage is a perfect base. We will definitely be coming back to Tai Isa.

The cottage is immaculate with the most comfiest beds! There is everything you need in the kitchen, plus more. Perfect location, only a few mins walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Thank you very much, will book again.

Excellent location within minutes of local facilities.

Beach 2 minutes away and what a beautiful beach it is. Lots of food opportunities again within a 2 minute walk. A little paper guide to adjusting the heating and hot water etc. would be useful. Very clean property, comfortable beds. We had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

A wonderful village and a really nice cosy cottage to explore both the sand dunes of Barmouth and Eryri national park.

This is a beautiful, thoughtfully styled fisherman's cottage.

It's tucked away but very close access to all of Barmouth. We will definitely be returning in the future.

A great character cottage in a central location.

Fairly recently and very nicely done up. Very comfy beds and the bathroom and kitchen were thoughtfully kitted out. It's hard to find a cottage with two good sized double bedrooms, but this one ticked that box. Perfect for two people who want their own (equal) space. I would have liked a chair and some storage in the middle bedroom, but apart from that it was perfect. A minor point, but some guests may wish to know there is no freezer or freezer compartment in the fridge.

Will definitely stay here again. Excellent location in the town, only a few minutes away from the carpark, harbour and the beach. It was immaculate with extremely comfy beds!
