The property

Nestled down a leafy lane in the little coastal village of Talybont, four miles from Barmouth, is this superb detached bungalow.

Set within a third of an acre of manicured gardens, Berwyn provides a wonderful accommodation for families wanting to explore the North of Wales.

The furnishings have been chosen with care and attention to detail, exuding contemporary design while keeping in touch with the traditional cottage features.

A spacious kitchen/diner houses the modern appliances you’d expect to discover, with an elegant dining table providing seating for four people.

Wander into the cosy sitting room, complete with a sumptuous corner sofa, electric fire and Smart TV so you can indulge in all your favourite television.

The two bedrooms are laced with sooth décor, comprising of two king-size doubles, both of which benefit from their own Smart TVs.

Serving these luxurious sleeping setups is the elegant shower room, finished with a sparkling white overtone and a large walk-in shower.

The excellence of this property continues outside where you are treated to a large surrounding lawned garden, perfect for family games or to let the kids run free while the adults sit back.

After a tiring day exploring the beautiful Welsh coastline, let yourself go with a soothing dip in the bubbling hot tub, accompanied perfectly with a glass of wine.

Barmouth is less than a mile away and hosts a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, not to mention the beautiful beaches and various coastal and inland walks.

The area is also excellent for sailing and watersports enthusiasts, as well as providing some of the finest mountain biking routes, with Coed y Brenin, the largest mountain bike trail in Wales, within a 40-minute drive.
