It was not clean it smelt we cleaned some of it our selves but decided as we were on holiday we would complain we called the office but no one answered seems noone us there after 4pm we went to the site office and in all fairness to them they did what was in theire power to do they tried to help with the Internet and reprogramming the tv they couldn't put curtains back on the track as there were no fittings to do this they were also not able to help with how badly stained the carpet was as this was also not part of the maintenance contract the owner was paying for there were no user manuals not enough information to check in we called the owner several times to get key code also for which area the caravan was in and to make the complaints about the accommodation we were supposed to be there from Friday to Friday in the end we couldn't get anyone to deal with the situation so we took several photos which we are sending to you and left on the Tuesday morning

Lovely caravan but after a couple of nights in a wobbly bed, had to get maintenance in to fix the bed- which they did within the hour, which was good.

Great position to get to the beach and pool and clubhouse. Although the krew were friendly with our SEND young man, they were not very helpful when he/ us could not download his music for a talent contest so he missed out. If there had been a lot of people for them to help it would have been understandable but there were only 3 other acts.
