A very "quirky" property with a long and established history dating back nearly 200 years.
The owners could not have done more to make the property welcoming. There were so many additional items made available from the owner that "could be useful" for different contingencies. Great base for seeing and doing in Shropshire and enough to occupy yourself in the town for a day or two in isolation. Dog friendly with secure garden. Private parking behind the property to keep your car safe and off the main road.
This cosy, comfortable and well equipped cottage was ideal for our family weekend get together ( 5 adults).
It has a nice , peaceful garden .The location was ideal for us with a lovely country walk from the door as well as good amenities in Bishops Castle which is very characterful and quirky . We enjoyed a drink in the delightful garden of the Castle Hotel and a good dinner in the friendlyThree Tuns. It was good to have some personal contact with Stuart the owner who was very welcoming. Thank you.
