  • "This was a last minute holiday, due to covid issues with our previous booking."

We thought we would have to settle for a second best but Wow ! what a place, it was just perfect for a relaxing few days away with family, Beautiful surroundings, luxury living and hot tub with perfect views. Just the perfect place to stay, if you need to simply chill with the family. The owners and their parents were just so friendly, such lovely people, we felt sad saying goodbye. We really hope we can return again next year.

Journey through the fields along the farm track before parking up on the spacious driveway and unloading your bags, marvelling at the charming blue exterior of this lovely dwelling as you step inside and begin your fabulous staycation.

Be charmed by the bright and airy open-plan living space, boasting high-quality furnishings and a contemporary décor, where you can look forward to kicking off your shoes and settling down with a seat on the sofa amongst the warmth of the open fire following a day full of adventure.

Take a seat at the elegant kitchen island and uncork a bottle of wine as the designated chef makes use of the fantastic range of appliances provided to rustle up some tasty treats before gathering together at the grand dining table taking centre stage in the sociable space to indulge.

In the warmer months, throw open the bi-fold doors and step outside to your beautifully-appointed private patio to soak in the last of the evening sun, backed by the unspoilt countryside views, or add a touch of luxury to your day with an indulgent soak amongst the bubbles in the hot tub as the little ones keep themselves entertained in the games room.

As the evening grows darker, retreat back indoors and climb the stairs to the first floor where you'll find four well-presented bedrooms, a super-king-size, benefiting from access to its own en-suite, alongside another super-king-size, a king-size and a twin, each framing remarkable vistas of the surrounding fields and enjoying Smart TVs.

Completing the property is the stylish family bathroom, fit with a bath and walk-in shower, so you can decide how best to prepare for the day ahead; along with another handy, ground-floor shower room, for added convenience.

Take advantage of your rural location and head off on foot to explore your surroundings, where track roads pass through miles of scenic greenery, providing a tranquil setting to enjoy a leisurely stroll or even a bike ride!

Keep your eyes peeled for the delightful wildlife that decorates the moorland landscape of Glaslyn Nature Reserve, or soak up the scenery at Ffwrd Fawr Waterfall, an impressive 130-ft tumbling down the rockface at the head of the Pennant Valley.

Just a short ride in the car will take you to Llyn Clywedog and Hafren Forest where you can follow the Glyndwr's Way path via foot or mountain bike, or partake in one of the exciting watersports available on such as yachting, paddle-boarding and fishing.
