Lovely location, owner very friendly and welcoming, the accommodation itself was lovely, lots of extras which helped like shower gel, handwash, milk etc, I no it states its an amnex and connected to the owner however there isnt much privacy between the two accommodation, maybe a better sound proof door etc, we could hear conversations and music playing etc it didnt bother us however it may others, overall lovely stay, we really enjoyed it

  • "The accommodation was very comfortable and provided all the facilities we needed."

The location suited us very well, and lived up to our expectations. Our dog was made very welcome. Although the listing mentions that the apartment is attached to the owner's home, we were rather surprised at the lack of soundproofing between the two. We could hear conversations on the owner's side, and presumably he could hear us as well. We have lived in very rural situations and so the smell of fertiliser being spread on a nearby farm did not trouble us, but some people may have a problem with this.

  • "Oh my goodness… what wonderful holiday accommodation with a genial landlord next door."

Peaceful location with owls calling from the nearby woods, a babbling stream running through the garden, sheep in the fields in a peaceful, quiet green valley. The best accommodation we’ve ever enjoyed with not least well thought out living space and facilities. We’ll be going back there. Five Star, definitely.
