Thank you for thr stay at Tan Isa, it was very comfortable and enjoyable to stay!

Loved the shower and everything was comfortable and provided. Great location, fantastic to wake up and see the castle. Would love to return!

We had another fantastic stay at Tan Isa, it was our second visit to the cottage.

The cottage is in a lovely caravan park, close to the beach. It has a well equipped kitchen, lovely walk in shower, cosy living and eating area and double bedroom with double wardrobe. The cottage was again spotlessly clean, the staff are on hand if needed or just a phone call away. Absolutely loved it there.

Lovely little cottage, perfect for 2.

Really well fitted out, compact but had everything needed. Perfect location, although the walk up to town is very steep! Beach area is stunning and a lovely walk. Chris on site was super helpful. We had a lovely time and would certainly return if in the area, loved it, thank you.

Everything we needed and spotlessly clean.

The shower was great. The location is so handy for train and bus if you are wanting to walk the coast path.

Stayed in the one bed cottage twice now, previously stayed in the two bed.

A wonderful quiet location. Ideal base to visit all the attractions. Highly recommend staying here.

Fabulous week in a wonderful cottage.

This is our 3 stay at the Woodlands Park, the last couple of times we stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage, but this year as it was just my husband, myself & our fur baby, we opted to stay in the cosy 1 bedroom cottage, with views of Harlech Castle & the wonderful sounds of the waterfall. It has everything you could need, love the little garden with table & chairs to sit outside, relaxing with a coffee & read a book. The little touches of finding milk, eggs & Welsh cakes in the cottage to greet you are very much appreciated. The location is ideal, walking distance to a shop, railway station, pub & beach. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend & stay again. Thank you.

A compact but attractively decorated cottage which made a good base for walking in the Welsh hills.

Conveniently located for walking access to Harlech or by car along the coast. The kitchen had all of the necessary equipment which made cooking easy. It was a very nice touch to find Welsh cakes, eggs and milk when we arrived.

what an amazing find perfect in every way very clean and comfortable didn't need anything (apart from tongs) the dog loved it very close to a shop and a pub and a beautiful cafe nearby definitely a 10/10 would we revisit: definitely

Tan Isa was very comfortable and warm.

Very clean and well maintained. A quiet site with well kept grounds. The cottage had all the amenities you needed for self catering. I would highly recommend staying there. Local small well stocked Tesco 10 mins walk. Beach a 30 mins easy walk.

We had a lovely time at Tan Isa, just the right size for the two of us and our dog.

Excellent location, the beach was 13 minutes walk away and it sat at the foot of the magnificent Harlech castle. The Woodlands caravan park was laid out nicely and the cottage Tan Isa was cosy, clean and tidy, all in all an excellent place to stay.

A lovely welcome gift of milk and Welsh cakes. Stunning views and close to the sea, shoo and pub. We've had an amazing stay for August bank holiday wkend and hope to return in the future.

Tan Isa was just perfect for the two of us and our dog.

It's situated right by Harlech Castle and only 10 minutes walk or 2 minute drive from Harlech Beach. The cottage has its own parking space on property drive, and a beautifully kept small garden with table and chairs. Inside the kitchen is well equipped, there is a table and chairs to eat at and a cosy lounge space. The bathroom is lovely, clean and modern with walk in shower. The bed was comfortable, lovely decor and built in wardrobe. we will definitely be booking again.

Forth time staying at Woodlands, first time in Tan Isa.

One bedroom cottage which I found ideal for a solo traveler, usual excellent facilities. The ideal base from which to explore all the surrounding area.

I had a very comfortable stay at Tan Isa with my little dog, very clean and all cooking utensils were provided including a good cooker, oven and microwave.

This was needed as unfortunately I couldn’t find anywhere close by to buy a main meal out. It is worth checking that local pubs/cafes in the town are open during your stay as unfortunately they weren’t open during my stay as it was during the week/time of year maybe?Good Premier shop close by which meant I could buy the necessary ingredients to cook with. Also easy to walk to beach and to the town/castle from Tan Isa too. The grounds and caravan park were very well maintained, clean and tidy. I was also greeted at the door when I got there to ensure I knew what was what and was given details of places to visit. Good instruction/welcome pack at Tan Isa too. I hope to return again.

The property is very cosy and has everything you could possibly need in order to have a fantastic stay. Chris is an amazing person, very helpful and friendly. We had a great time and would highly recommend!

The welcome pack was a lovely surprise, as was the supply of tea coffee and sugar. The cottage was comfortable and being all on one level was just what we needed.the cottage is well equipped with everything we needed for a self catering holiday. We hope at sometime to come again. Thank you

Lovely stay I didn’t realise that the garden wasn’t secure for my dog otherwise everything was fine with the property

The cottage is lovely.

Very clean. Pleased to see both pillow and mattress protectors. Milk eggs and Welsh cakes a lovely touch. Unable to connect to WiFi my iPhone did not detect the name of the WiFi and so more info needed. Shower head had to be practically vertical as too heavy for the arm also hard to regulate the temperature. Plug hole needs attention and sealant replacing. I used oven to heat through some cooked chicken and when I opened to check it the smoke alarm went off. Due to burnt on residue on roof of oven smoking. Positive at least the alarm works. It would be nice if there was an option to play music… I tried on my phone but due to signal not overly successful.. something like an Alexa. Maybe a wifi booster in the cottage? These are small easily fixed “ niggles”. Assuming theses done I would stay again.

Second visit for us ,we had a fabulous time, small cottage but has everything you need lovely and clean .

Nice sitting out area at the front beautiful backdrop . Owners were so thoughtful left us fresh eggs ,milk Welsh Cakes for us arriving. Also our dogs were welcome which is a huge bonus for us . Bedroom is small so make sure you are fit enough to climb up from the bottom of the bed as it can only be accessed from one side . This site is gorgeous quiet and beautifully kept . This cottage is an absolute favourite of ours along with the beautiful beach . We will return I am sure many times .

We never realised the cottage was situated in a caravan park.

At no stage was this mentioned in the details of the property which is misleading. The double bed was in a bedroom so small that it could be accessed from one side only - not a comfortable option for senior citizens.

The property is good, although a little small.

One of you has to climb into the bed and cannot get out without the other moving. However, the property is in a good position in Harlech and good access to the glorious beach. Good access to trains providing connections to many coastal places. One problem we found was lack of close places to eat, especially during the evening.

As per our email,we expect some financial refund on what we paid.

No internet,had to travel to Barmouth x4 times a day to access.Cannot cook,advertised as self careting,heat sensor/smoke alarm kept going off,no extractor fan.So additional expense,fuel/paying fpr take aways,food taken/put in the bin.

We were not told the Cottage was on a Caravan site & it was not mentioned it was on a Caravan site in the advert, with regards to the pictures there was Caravans in the background but it did not say anywhere that the Cottage was on the site, all it said it was a lovely Cottage in a beautiful Town.

The Cottage was very clean but to put a single bedroom with a double bed in it was a health hazard as there was only inches around the bed hence when my wife went around the bottom of the bed she caught the inside of her leg twice going to the toilet causing 2 bruises on the which is just clearing up after 2 weeks, the owners of the Cottage is very lucky we did not take photo's and claim compensation. the bottom line is if it said the Cottage was situated on a Caravan park we would have never booked. the only think was that The Cottage was very clean.

This property was good value for money, small but with everything we as a couple with dog needed.

We were there in March, when the park was very quiet, so can't comment on peak season. Access to Harlech and the castle was excellent, a short walk up the 'world's steepest street' (less steep alternative available), with the beach and a good shop equally convenient.
