  • “Very poor and run down comunal areas.”

Stairs were difficult if you have any mobility issues. Needs new carpets and redecorating.Appartment was clean and tidy but wall paper needs replacing woodchip wall paper not good very old fashioned. All in all the views were amazing and we had a very comfortable stay. I do believe as you walk through the main door into the building is dirty and unwelcoming. ?

Thank you for the feedback. We are so glad you had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the amazing views from our top floor apartment. We are sorry the main hallway and stairs are currently in a worn state. The area is being recarpeted in mid October with redecoration following shortly afterwards. (This had been planned sooner) We are glad it didn't affect your stay in the apartment itself Hopefully you come back to Barmouth and enjoy the property again next year Regards.
