  • "What a truly wonderful place to stay!"

We have really enjoyed our much needed family break here from the welcome hamper and super comfy beds to the high quality facilities provided. Being able to park for free on the road outside the accommodation (in the marked area along each side of the road) was great. In fact we didn't have any issues getting a space in front of the entrance porch for the entire week. As the road is one of the main routes into Pwllheli, there was some road noise and a top tip is to tuck in your wing mirror when parked up. Outdoors, the raised decking area was an added bonus which we look forward to making use of when we hopefully will return with more favourable weather. The owner certainly cares that guests have a memorable stay and the place was spotlessly clean. One of the best places we have had the pleasure of staying in and we loved Pwllheli too so thank you!

  • "Lovely property furnished to a very high standard."

We especially liked the art which we only realised as our stay went on that it was related to the surrounding area. Beautiful part of Wales to explore and it was a joy to return to the comforts of the property afterwards. Highly recommend thank you.

  • "Lovely house."

Had everything we needed and good location for walking into Pwllheli. No problems with parking (two cars). Would recommend

  • "Beautiful property, very well maintained and decorated to a high standard, furnishings, beds and bedding all of a very high quality, ensuring a good nights sleep."

Lovely outside area, and we were fortunate to get glorious sunshine. The property is centrally placed for visiting other areas of interest, and the town has everything you need, supermarkets, pubs, takeaways, restaurant's. Never had an issue parking, plenty of space outside the property and across the road on a side street. The road is busy and could be noisy but this didn’t really affect you when you were inside, and there was little traffic a night. All in all one of the nicest holiday lets we have stayed in, if we do return to the area we wouldn’t hesitate to book again

  • "Just perfect!"

So well appointed everywhere - from the wonderful sun terrace to the so comfy beds. Well stocked kitchen and a great area - esp handy to have a supermarket so close for anything you’ve forgotten. And free parking right outside. Our only regret was not staying longer.

  • "The property is really great!"

It’s super clean, really well maintained and comfortably large enough for 6 adults. The beds were very comfy and all the rooms were pristine. In terms of location, it’s a short drive to pretty much anywhere on the Lyn Peninsula and much less busy than places like Abersoch. Taxis between places are very expensive so I’d advise driving if you can. There are also some great little spots for food in Pwllheli itself. Nomi does amazing Indian food, and Whitehall is great for food and drinks too. Would definitely stay again!

The beds are excellent and the outside decking would be brilliant in the summer.

Many thanks for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback! We hope to welcome you back during the warmer months to enjoy a cold drink on the decking Property Owner

  • "Amazing, we loved it here such a fab holiday house, my teenage children loved it they were so excited, we would defo stay again, the bedrooms were lush so well decorated and spacious, fab beds very comfy and nice bedding, very clean everywhere, the only thing missing was a hairdryer, sitting room was fab split excellent for family, and outdoor seating lovely!"

Weatherspoons up the road for some cheap drinks and a fab pub called whitehouse, fab homemade food. Found the traffic very noisy and fast outside the house!

So glad that you enjoyed your stay! Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Apologies for the missing hair dryer - we’ve now added one to each super-king room just in case. We hope to welcome you back soon! Property Owner

  • "Excellent modern spacious accommodation, very clean & comfortable & ticks all the boxes."

It has everything you could possibly need and well situated for local bars, restaurants & Pwllheli beach. If you're okay with steps, the decking area provides great views & all day sunshine. We used this property as a base to explore the local area & further a field. You will not be disappointed with this accommodation, we will definitely book this again. I would also highly recommend the Whitehall restaurant in Pwllheli.

  • "3 Ty Stabal is ideally based near the centre of Pwllheli, you'll have plenty to do exploring the surrounding area."

The property is well equipped with everything you'd need during your stay. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. The whole house is well maintained and creates a very relaxing, comfortable living area. If I had to criticise anything it would be the climb to the decking area and the road noise. However, the decking area is worth the climb, as the views are great and it's very private. The road is busy but we never had any issues parking. All in all a fantastic holiday property, highly recommended, we'd definitely stay here again. Great value for the money.

  • "Stylish and modern house."

Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Good shower and bathroom facilities. Very clean throughout. House itself is 5/5 and good value. Only negatives not in owner’s control - the traffic noise was often distracting when in the house. Pwllheli town wasn’t very pretty and unfortunately lacked a good selection of bars and restaurants, however it was an excellent base for public transport and road network to visit the wider area

  • "Lovely property just a short walk from the town centre and with great local links to nearby towns."

We stayed 3 nights in late October so didn’t really get the chance to use the raised decking area, but that looks like a very unique touch which would be great in the summer!!

  • "Ty Stabal is a very comfortable well appointed property."

Fabulous, well equipped kitchen, lounge and bedrooms with super comfy beds, much attention has been given to detail. Loved the Juliette balconies. The roof top decking provides a wonderful view over towards the marina and sea and would be a great place to soak up the sun in warmer weather! We really appreciated the very generous hamper left for us filled with several locally sourced goodies, thank you. That apart it is a very comfortable location from which to explore the locality. A couple of things, the cooker hood controls were right at the very top and difficult to locate, we did miss not having a teapot and a colander would have been useful. One final comment; regarding the road, it is a busy main thoroughfare and whilst parking was always available outside the property, I would not like to have parked a large vehicle outside.

  • "Thank you for a great stay!"

A very stylish and well appointed home with beautiful furnishings. Beds were very comfortable. Parking outside house was very easy but road is a bit busy (tuck in wing mirrors!). Busy road could be a bit intrusive but this is a small price to pay for location (5 mins walk to supermarket and 8 mins to great beach). House is over 3 floors and this should be factored in with respect to older visitors. Pwllheli is a proper traditional seaside town, friendly locals, easy to walk around and some decent places to eat. A great base for exploring the Llyn peninsula and Snowdonia. I would be happy to stay at Ty Stabals again.

  • "What a wonderful stay we had."

The property was beyond our expectations the pictures do not show the true beauty of it it’s absolutely stunning. The beds are huge and so comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would find at home. The view from the decking over the marina is breath taking and the location was perfect for the shops, and beach. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch. Everything just felt so luxurious and at great value too. We wish we could have stayed longer we really didn’t want to leave. We would and have recommended your beautiful holiday home to all our family and friends. It has been the most beautiful property we have ever stayed in
