  • "Lovely, expansive property in central Pwllheli."

Very clean and comfortable with quality fittings and furniture. Great beds. One or two small suggestions which are not criticisms and can be easily addressed: We had problems connecting to the wifi when we arrived which the owner swiftly helped us to solve, remotely, but it kept dropping in and out, affecting TV (Netflix) and internet. Listing the wifi code in the information booklet would be helpful for future guests. The kitchen was great but needed more and better condition pans for an 8 berth. Two had a lot of scratches to the non-stick, which is a hazard, so I'd advise replacing those asap. That apart, it's a lovely accommodation and I'd have no hesitation in recommending it.

Dear Guest, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your positive review and thoughtful suggestions—we truly appreciate it! We’re delighted to hear that you found the property clean, comfortable, and that you enjoyed the quality of the furnishings and beds. Your feedback regarding the WiFi is very helpful. As I may have mentioned during our conversation, the current WiFi dongle is an interim solution provided by BT. We apologise if it did not meet your expectations, and we completely understand the frustration caused by intermittent connectivity. We have an appointment with Openreach to complete their fibre-to-the-premises upgrade, which we anticipate will significantly enhance reliability in the future. In the meantime, we’ll ensure the WiFi code is clearly listed in the guest information booklet for easier access—thank you for bringing this to our attention! Additionally, your comments about the pans have been noted. To ensure the kitchen continues to meet the highest standards for all our guests, we’ll promptly replace the scratched ones. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’re so glad that you’ve positively rated the property. We’d love to welcome you back in the future—hopefully with a stable and even faster WiFi by then! Warm regards, Patrick & Rachel. Property Owner
