The accommodation was very nice.

It was a very big house with lots of rooms. But the comfort of the seating was quite uncomfortable without you sitting on a blanket. Beds were absolutely fine. Bathrooms were lovely and the overall opinion was very acceptable. Unfortunately we had no welcome pack and that’s the first time ever we have never received one since we have booked through you. Having stayed at an awful lot of your accommodation over the years. We just feel it would have been a very nice jesture as they all are.

Perfect accommodation for our small walking group (one couple and two singles), based in Pwllheli and walking the coastal path in stages.

Everything was as stated, no disappointments, cleanliness, equipment, good parking, good location. Would also recommend Nanas for pizza and Whitehall for a good meal just round the corner.

Lovely house have stayed her multiple times with work, had a issue with hot water due to us finish works late at night, but a quick phone call and all sorted.

Great service and also had a follow up call to check all was okay the next day.

Lovely, expansive property in central Pwllheli.

Very clean and comfortable with quality fittings and furniture. Great beds. One or two small suggestions which are not criticisms and can be easily addressed: We had problems connecting to the wifi when we arrived which the owner swiftly helped us to solve, remotely, but it kept dropping in and out, affecting TV (Netflix) and internet. Listing the wifi code in the information booklet would be helpful for future guests. The kitchen was great but needed more and better condition pans for an 8 berth. Two had a lot of scratches to the non-stick, which is a hazard, so I'd advise replacing those asap. That apart, it's a lovely accommodation and I'd have no hesitation in recommending it.

We apologise if it did not meet your expectations, and we completely understand the frustration caused by intermittent connectivity. We have an appointment with Openreach to complete their fibre-to-the-premises upgrade, which we anticipate will significantly enhance reliability in the future. In the meantime, we’ll ensure the WiFi code is clearly listed in the guest information booklet for easier access—thank you for bringing this to our attention!
